The ladies working yesterday (6/20) were so helpful and sweet! I was on the search for linen pants and white jeans and they recommended certain styles and offered to order anything online for me!!

I love this Madewell location. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Twice now I’ve gone in for help finding jeans, and both times I’ve left happy and feeling good about myself. I also love their bags. They’re sturdy and timeless.

This is one of the few shops that I never feel judged. This will continue to be my go-to for jeans and handbags.

I called from another state to check on inventory after my online order was cancelled. The associate who helped me was friendly, efficient and professional....And this was the Sunday after Black Friday - so they were busy! She found my boots, took my purchase/contact information and said it would be shipped out right away. Extraordinary customer service! Thank you!

I love Madewell clothes and the store aesthetic! The ladies who work there are always nice and friendly. I recently purchased some jeans and had them hemmed in-store and delivered to my home and it was a pretty easy process. Definitely recommend.

I want all of my clothes to be from Madewell but I am 1000% too poor and it’s heart wrenching. If I had to pick a store to be my entire wardrobe it would be this 😭

Love this shop is easy to shop~the staffs are nice, all products are well organized.

Bought a purse 10 months ago, only used it a few times and the zipper broke. Contacted Madewell and they aren’t going to do anything… told me to find a repair store to see if they could fix the zipper. Said they will gladly take a return within 30 days of a purchase! You would think that a leather purse they cost $135.Oo+ would hold up better than it has. You can see in the pics that the zipper came apart from the leather. Very disappointed in Madewell. Thought their products were better than that.

Would have given 0 stars if I could. I ordered a Father's day present for my husband on June 6th, 12 days before the Father's day. When I placed the order, the website estimated shipping on June 12th, plenty of time. Nothing arrived over the Father's day weekend. Checked on June 23rd - order is waitlisted. Called customer service and asked when this might arrive - apparently it just might get shipped on July 12th. But only if the stars align and gods smile upon me. Cancelled the whole thing, now have to spend more time finding a wallet replacement. This was the first and the last time I am shopping with Madewell.

Very uncomfortable entering the store as a person of color. They look at you like you’re an alien and watch you like a hawk. Same can be said of the sister store J. Crew. Like seriously, you work in the store I’m shopping in, so simmer down!

The rudest staff. No one said hi even though they were both just standing around. I looked at one of them and smiled and she just turned away from me. Didn’t try on what I found bc I just felt so unwelcome.
