Reached out to Rooter Works on a Thursday for what I thought was a small job (I was wrong). Not only did they work me in immediately the very next day but their pricing and quality was unbeatable.

Shoe is without a doubt the best plumber I have ever worked with. Going above and beyond throughout the project.

Rooter Works gave me a fair price to dig up the basement pipes and rebuilt them and the piping system that were original to my almost 100 year old property. Prior to calling them another company quoted me more than double what they charged me. They sent out a plumber by the name of Brian and he did an amazing job! Brian was super professional and thorough.

Daniel came out on a Saturday not long after I made the first call to Rooter Works. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took care of our clogged sewer line. He took extra time to make sure he had done everything he could before he left and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend Rooter Works to anyone needing quick, quality plumbing services, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Daniel be the one who shows up!

I had a leak around the toilet. I called the Rooter Woks to find out that the leak is caused by a major damage under the toilet. Brian Taylor did awesome job dealing with the root cause of the leak, advised us to replace the old standard commode with a deluxe one. We are very pleased with Brian T work. His work reflects his passion to his job. He did awesome job for a reasonable cost. Thanks Brian, thanks Rooter Works. I will definitely hire you for any future work.

I had a kitchen sink that was clogged. We called The Rooter Works and they sent out Daniel Neal their Plumbing Technician. He was on time, polite, and very helpful. There was a mix up in communication on the office end as to what needed to be done but Daniel jumped on it right away and got it resolved in minutes.
Very professional and an all around nice guy. If ever I need service in the future I would call them and specifically request Daniel.

Corey was very professional. My power went out and he diagnosed the problem within 12 hours of me calling. He was upfront about pricing. He got it fixed quickly and ensured that everything was working properly afterwards. He also took a look at a few other projects I had around the house and gave me quotes while he was here free of charge.

Daniel Neal was amazing! I was having issues with my basement drain backing up and after a bad experience with another technician Daniel came in and the supervisor Anthony and made the whole situation right. Had my drain fixed quickly and explained what was happening so we can work towards a permanent solution.

Just had Rooter Works replace all waterlines in my house. The staff was very professional from beginning to end. The plumber Mike Brewer, was very meticulous about his work, double checked his work and others and left my home in pristine shape. Definitely ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ workmanship!!!!

Daniel Neal showed up after the area supervisor (a US Veteran) came out to look at my main drain. Daniel got right to work and took the time explaining the process. Very professional and cleaned up. Very friendly. Would use him again. Grey service no complaints. Great asset to the company.

Cody and Hunter installed an outdoor backwater valve to keep the city sewage from backing up into our basement. They communicated clearly and explained all parts of the process. They showed us how to maintain the backwater valve, and they were professional. They quickly took care of all city permits and inspections. We also had The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains install a sump pump, clean out our drains, and replace our main sewer stack. Every employee who worked at our house communicated clearly, was low pressure on "selling," and was professional and polite. They were also great with our dog :)

I had a clogged kitchen drain that I tried to clear myself by checking the p-trap and using a basic drain snake. After failing to clear the clog I called The Rooter Works and they got me a same day appointment with a 30 minute courtesy call. Daniel Neal came out to my house and quickly assessed the situation. He was pleasant to talk to and walked me through what he was going to do. After cleaning out the kitchen drain, he made sure to run several tests to validate that everything was working properly. Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend The Rooter Works.

Trevor Pickering came to my house today! He was friendly, worked expeditiously and even assisted my elderly mom as he came in the house. I have now had two excellent experiences with the Rooter Works! I will definitely call again with my other toilets inevitable have a problem.
