Lush Cosmetics Mayfair Mall

My favorite place <3 It's like a self-care candy store! I love all the colors and fun items in this place. Combined with their blacked out minimalist packaging, it is a very visually appealing store. My favorite are the fresh face masks and the cool ice bed they sit on. It's nice to see a store in the mall put effort into the presentation of their products. Plus, all the products are so much better than the mainstream alternatives. I recently got off of wax Deodorant and onto powder Deodorant and it has been life changing. I'm definitely a Lushie for life!

An open love letter to Lush Mayfair: I have recently started the healing journey that comes with divorce and it has been met with bumps in the road comparable to Milwaukee’s pot holes and on this journey the staff at Lush has only shown me love and support as I find ways to pamper myself. One of my rituals is to reward myself after therapy with a little treat from Lush, and trust me when I say there’s always something new to discover. Diane the shop manager as well the rest of the staff always have ways to curate a beautiful experience for me and give me a little moment to breathe, as well as make me feel valued and beautiful it’s not easy this road of patching my soul back together, but they make it a little easier every time I visit. Keep doing what you do, you are all truly amazing ❤ Brandon

Loved Amber! She was so friendly, updated us on the newest products and wasn’t too pushy like Lush people usually are. She gave me a demo on something that I really liked and gave us some samples. The store was well stocked. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m back in Wisconsin!

I went to Lush to buy something to help me relax before a big presentation. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They helped me pick the right products and even gave me a couple of samples. Made my day!

I visited Lush with a friend and we weren't having the best of a day. The cashier made sure we were going to have a good day and she was very personable. She was the sweetest ever and checked us out in a quick pace as well. Another store associate helped me with trying to find the perfect bath bomb right away for my needs and wants.

Amber made this experience feel like I was family not a customer, I didn’t want to leave the store. Amber was so healthful and knowledgeable not only about the product but as well as other lush locations. Was super polite and professional, the entire interaction was natural and I had fun trying something new! Stopped in to grab some bath bombs was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a masked worker with gloves who encouraged me to wash my hands and pointed me in the direction of the bath bombs and exact products I was looking for with sanitized hands I got to smell and put bath bombs and massage oil bars in brown paper bags and great cleanly earth friendly products minimal packaging and a free serum trial chunk which is still going frm weeks ago. Great job even in the pandemic lush awesome job raising the bar yet again✌💗💗💗❤🌌

The customer service was amazing. I couldn't recall the name of the associate but I know he was in a wheel chair and he was so friendly and very helpful. He gave me some samples which really helped me come back and buy the full size of the avocado hair wash add on something. Super awesome friendly service! It's pricey because it's handmade and good quality. Love it

Bath bombs galore. My daughter did a face mask demo. Lots of fun and future relaxation. A little hidden in the mall.

I love love Lush Omg they make their own products. Essential oils flowers etc. When you walk into that store it smells so good. Some fragrances make a person want to eat 😋 it. I think staff was friendly but needed to show me how to use product and also what went with soaps perfume splash and lotion. The whole combo. Nice guy need to add a woman's touch just my opinion.

Diane greeted my dad and I immediately upon entering and was so helpful and kind the entire time!! She was very attentive to what we were saying and looking for. Her positive attitude & knowledge of the products has definitely made us want to come back! Keep up your great work!

Great organic products, made my skin look and feel so good. The employees are amazing, I was recommended the shower bombs and it makes every shower so much more relaxing! It just gets busy here, once you get something from this store, you'll see why.

Amazing staff, always helpful and knowledgeable. Products are not the cheapest, but reasonable for the fresh handmade quality of the cosmetics, and bath and body products. Store is bright, fun and smells great. My daughter loves to stop and browse, loved her birthday party there and hopes to work there when she's old enough to work. My favorite place to treat myself to something special.

I LOVE this place! The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I've never gotten the impression that they're pushy, more enthusiastic about their products (which are great, so I understand the hype). Last Christmas, my mom came in here with a list of the products that I like and one of the staff members helped her find everything within minutes. She was so impressed with them.

I ended up not liking any of the products I bought-namely, the shampoo bar. It turned my hair to sticky straw in 3 days and took over a week to wash out with clarifying shampoo. That wasted extra plastic and money--no thanks!

But the staff people were so wonderful and the causes Lush supports seem great, so full stars! Again, wonderful people!!
