The Olympic Diner

This is truly a mom and pops diner that is hidden in a little strip. The food , service was great. I stopped by to have lunch and the portions were not small. I recommend anyone to try the egg rolls because they are not like your typical ones.

This was my first time here I had heard a lot about this place and it did not disappoint the service was good food was excellent the whole vibe (music ) was nice we walked right in and got a seat no wait would definitely recommend the only con. was that the food could have had more seasoning and the pancakes were good but tasted different from most places not bad just different I would come back to eat again

This is an absolute treasure of a place. When we got there there was a waiting list and had to wait for a few minutes. It was impressive that the number of people didn't stop coming even after we left.

The food was cooked when ordered and it was simply accompanied by that fresh taste you can't get from frozen. We went with the Olympic corned beef hash and the Olympic mama bowl. Now, the beef hash was generous servings, enough to feed two adults....or one hangry teen. The cooks really outdid themselves. The mama bowl includes two biscuits with gravy and topped off with two eggs. We decided to try the baklava and a cinnamon roll. By the gods, for how simple, it is, that cinnamon roll was out of this world.

The owners are always there, hands-on, and don't shy away from smiling and being hands-on.

EDIT: I have now tried their Country Fried Stake. It comes topped with three eggs and fries. Some of the best fries I've had! Pretty sizable plate.

EDIT 2: I've now tried the Olympic Burger. That one is good but slightly weird. It is part breakfast and part classic, with a fried egg topped with gravy, but also lettuce, tomato, and pickles. The gravy does make everything slippery and I ended up struggling to hold everything in place. I recommend cutting it in half. The fries are freaking amazing!! We also had the liver and onions. My wife really loved that dish, but that is one of those dishes you either love or hate.

This place offers excellent food at an excellent price. Their Corned beef hash is actually made to order with chopped corned beef, not canned. They serve grits made properly. Their food is freshly made, and their service staff is friendly and responsive.

Great breakfast spot. Service was great, food was excellent. Only two cons were very watered down coffee and the bread was bland. I’d definitely come back, I’d give it a 9/10.

Went for the first time today. Will definitely go back next time I am in Hilliard. My sister's have been before and raved about it so we went for lunch. We all had breakfast though, as breakfast is served all day. Food was delicious and we also had an order of fries because my sister raved about their fries also. Best fries I ever ate and I am picky about fries. They were piping hot and crispy. We all had the Olympic Momma bowl and is was delicious. Can't wait to go back and try a burger. Both sisters have been numerous times and said they never had anything they did not like. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

The Olympic Diner was a great find just off the western side of the Columbus beltway. The place was buzzing with activity and I had a short ten-minute wait for a table. The menu choices were good and prices were very reasonable. Everyone in my party had different eggs - poached, fried and scrambled - and they were all cooked to perfection. Thoroughly recommended!

Easy access, but limited parking at this local gem. Expect a wait on weekends as demand exceeds available tables. However, service is prompt and very friendly. The menu of diner favorites is extensive, and everything I’ve tried has exceeded expectations!

We've been to this place a few times now. Every time is enjoyable and delicious. Food is great, service is great as well. Food always comes out quick, even when busy. The servers are polite and tend to your table well. This is a great place to get breakfast. Haven't had lunch here yet.

Absolutely the best diner in Columbus. Awesome food and employees. Corn beef hash is the best I've had outside of NYC. Place is always crowded any day or time of the week so that should tell you how hood it is.

I had the #4 on menu and was not disappointed, the food came out perfect not over cooked just right. The server’s are ver friendly and treat you as family! Would highly recommend for breakfast.

This place is incredible in every aspect. The only downside here is I didn’t find it sooner. Alex B was my server and was awesome!! Prompt, on point, and kind. Had the steak and eggs, which was a giant bang for your buck. Have had the biscuits and gravy as well which are incredible. If you’re looking for the best breakfast in Columbus, look no further.

Every time i've ate there at the diner it's been nothing but wonderful. All the way from the owner down to the workers has been nothing but great. I am not the easiest customer but they make me be the easiest customer.

what a great find!!! Homemade cinnamon rolls, big breakfast and great atmosphere. Wife and husband owners are doing it right. Homemade food, big portions for a great value.

Me and a friend go just about every Friday morning. The service is excellent, the food, that I've had, is great. The prices are good, lower than most for what you get. And if you go on the weekend get there early. There are a lot of regulars that go there. I highly recommend going.

Nice family owned business, friendly wait staff, excellent service, good food at at reasonable price. No frills, pleasant atmosphere.
