Colleen did my manicure and pedicure. This was my first time going and the salon is gorgeous. She did a fantastic job on my nails, did french tips and asked me every step of the way to make sure I was completely happy with them.

Really great salon. My friend and I each got pedicures. The ladies were very professional, took their time with exfoliation/massage/painting, and did not make us feel rushed. When they got out a little bowl of acetone and two-sided brush before painting our toes, I knew they were going to do immaculate work. I don’t get my nails done very often, but when I have a special occasion, I plan to go back. I am certain they’ll do a great job!!!

I’ve had painful cystic acne for 2 years but after seeing Mariana twice, my acne is finally going down and scars are starting to fade! Can’t wait to come back next month🙌

I had the pleasure of visiting Mod Nail Salon for the first time yesterday, and I brought my daughter along with me. My experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a team of highly professional and welcoming staff in a salon that exuded beauty and cleanliness.

What impressed me most was their patience and attentiveness towards my daughter, who had a flurry of questions and unique color preferences for each nail. Shilah, one of the nail artists, was incredibly sweet and kind to her, providing a delightful experience.

As for my own manicure and pedicure, Julia worked her magic. She not only delivered a stunning result but also went the extra mile by adding an additional coat of base, which is a testament to her commitment to quality. This was particularly important to me as I have weak nails.

I am genuinely thrilled with my visit to Mod and can confidently say that I'll be returning in the future. In fact, I'm seriously considering making Mod my go-to nail salon. The exceptional service and care we received have left a lasting impression.

My mother comes here all the time for her pedicures and suggested them when I wanted to get my nails done for engagement photos. I never get my nails done as I am extremely hands on so nails constantly chip and are short plus you never know what you might get for going to a new salon.

I booked for acrylics and Tim was extremely sweet and professional as well. I have never had my nails done without a single imperfection, or streaky or uneven nails until him. He took his time and made sure every nail was up to a high standard of care.

And of course the minute I got home one of them did end up chipping. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it since it always happens when i get my nails done but i was stressed about pictures. I called the salon to leave a voicemail and Tim was able to book me for a quick repair with Brooke the next morning. The team was so professional and kind about the situation and completely understood the stress and pressure. 11/10 customer service. And I will definitely come back again to get my nails done by their team ❤

I was a loyalist to Kendra at Westgate Salon for a long time, and when she left, she pointed me at Mod Salon. If your nail technician recommends another nail technician, you trust her! Bora at Mod Salon is awesome. She is super kind, I enjoy our conversation, and she's great at what she does. My nails always last 4+ weeks, and they look great. I miss Kendra a lot, but I'm really glad that I have a new gal that I love!

Beautiful, immaculately clean, and light-filled space. The owners have taken such care to create a completely customized space. I was surprised at the hour-long thorough service I received just with a “basic” pedicure. Jen and Bo were personable and attentive during service. It’s also wonderful that they’ve found a location to settle into in Old Hilliard - a much improved experience over a strip mall setting.

The space is very clean and the staff is very nice. I've gotten lots of compliments on my nails!

Took my kids the first thing they did was check temperatures and ask them to wash hands with sanitizers.. impressed with the cleanliness and the service.

First time visitor. Very clean facility. A lot of color choices. Everyone seemed friendly and happy at their job.
We did have a 20 min wait after appointment time, but I understand everyone is short staffed. No massage chairs, which is disappointing, but the worker was very good at her job. Keep asking me if I liked the work before proceeding, which was appreciated. Would definitely go back.

Everyone is amazing at Mod Salon! They are friendly and welcoming and Josie always does an amazing job with my manicures. I would recommend them to anyone!
