It was great. My Mom wanted shrimp bok choy was not on menu however she said it was plentiful with fresh plump shrimp. Was excellent. I ordered pepper steak was good very large portion. Sweet onions yummy. Customer service the best. Thank you for putting smile on Mom's face.

Absolutely love the food and staff here. Great experience every time. Highly recommend the veggie delight with tofu and all of their deserts!

Me and wife order from here frequently and have never had a bad experience. The quality of the food is excellent. Portion sizes are huge and there are usually leftovers. The re-heatability is great as well. You will not be disappointed!

We come from the west side for this place….our favorite Asian restaurant. We went early tonight and it wasn’t too crowded yet but everything was so good. Recommend the general Tso or sesame chicken, Mongolian steak strips, or fried rice bowl. Our waiter (I didn’t get his name) was super attentive and kind- the restaurant was a little chilly and he was kind enough to notice and brought us over a heater. Keep doing your thing Pearl Kitchen!

The owner, Rose Wong, treats every person that walks in the door like family.
Running a business is a strenuous job, but Rose always welcomes each guest with a smile.
That means a lot.

While the prices may be slightly higher than some of the tiny take out joints around town, the quality of the food more than offsets this. You can tell they use top quality meats and veggies. It shows it the taste. Their new location is beautiful and most of their wonderful wait staff has been there for longer than I've been in the city (17 years). It's simply the best quality Asian food on this side of town. Highly recommended and a family favorite.

Wonderful service our hostess made us feel very welcome and helped us choose delicious dishes for our first experience. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and clean. 10/10 highly recommend. We got the spring rolls, Mandarin chicken, and crispy beef all of which were phenomenal!

This place is awesome! It's very clean and the atmosphere is relaxing! Me and my husband come here on a regular and have been for quite some time now. We met Sheniece for the first time this week and she was very nice, she provided us great service and it was just a pleasure meeting her! The staff is welcoming, the food is great and the prices are reasonable! You can't go wrong! They follow Covid 19 guidelines!

I have been going here since 2009. The best Thai/Chinese in shaker heights hands down. Now that I have moved to Columbus this is the first place I go when I come to visit. Everyone I run into I tell to go here. Great food, customer service is great, and everyone is so friendly.

Ordered take out. The shrimp fried rice was a generous portion, lots of shrimp and it taste great. Also ordered the pepper steak, very good and flavorful.True wait time. Will be returning. Would recommend.

It was ok. Our spring rolls were a bit late. When they arrived the waiter didn't bring any dishes we had to ask for them. When I asked for hot sauce, what I got was something sweet instead. Overall the food was good.

Best Chinese food in all of Cleveland!! Delicious dishes, nicest waitstaff, attention to detail is well above par. Highly recommend the Ho-fun wide noodles. Complimentary tea is so good. Been coming for years!

Delicious house made food and cocktails, wonton soup best I've ever had with super yummy dumplings. Street food offerings were unique and tasty. Pear martini was delish and the bartender was attentive and personable. Will definitely be returning my next trip to Cleveland. And all this on the happy hour menu!

The quality of the menu is still there. It was spotless clean. The staff was professional. New location is just around the corner from the old place. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. Wide variety of entrees. Very satisfying. This has been out favorite place for New Year's Eve dinner for over a decade. Good place for family. A must-see.

Despite the few bad reviews I see on here, I'd like everyone to know that Pearl has ALWAYS been good. Great food, great service, great location (old & new)! I go there all the time. The staff is amazing! Great prices & the quality of the food is very good!

Big succulent shrimp in shrimp fried rice. I haven't found a better SFR in Cleveland (trust me I tried), so I am forced to travel quite a distance for this great food. Great service and good value for your money.

This is THE SPOT! The most amazing food I've ever had on top of an A1 dining atmosphere and experience. My wife and I absolutely will be back. Service, food, prices, and vibe are all five stars!

Just had a get -together catered by them... the food was absolutely delicious!!! Hot and fresh!! I had the chicken lo mein, chicken fried rice. beef broccoli, mandarin chicken, spring rolls and egg rolls.
