Pharmacy is lenient and understanding, also will navigate you to another Rite Aid pharmacy to help you if need be. Couldn’t get my script right away cuz I had covid so they bent over backwards to help me.

Bridgette was SO helpful. I love this Rite Aid. I switched a few years back when I had been on hold with CVS for 45 minutes. I am so grateful to have found this location and great customer service.

The manager Ashley was so polite to me at this store. I will go here every time just to visit her. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long while. Knowledgable and helpful, just the best.

I like Rite Aide, it's convenience, clean , sometimes it can get crowded but the staff works very efficiently..plus it's the closest to where I live....another pharmacy is close to me..but like I said, rather Rite Aide
