I absolutely love Luster. It is my go-to gift shop. Robin and Tamar are fabulous and go out of their way to make my shopping experience fantastic. During Covid shutdown, they went out of their way to make sure I had all my shopping needs taken care of, whether it was dropping gifts off at friend's houses, shipping them or personally delivering them to me. I always leave the store with a gift for a special person or a gift for myself!

I love this store! Luster has become my go-to for most gifts I buy. I appreciate the range in prices as well as the variety of their merchandise. I know I can ALWAYS find something at Luster and typically I leave having found things for myself as well! As a bonus, Robin and Tamar will always find a way to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. You can even shop virtually and they’ll deliver. Follow them on Instagram!

Luster is my favorite new shop. I always find unique and special gifts at every price point. Robin and Tamar are great at suggesting just the right gift! They even wrap and ship! Virtual shopping appointments available which is great during this surreal time. Everytime I shop at Luster I find gifts for others (and for myself).

Luster is the perfect place to pick up a gift for yourself :) or someone else. I LOVE the selection, I have purchased travel items, pouches, purses, a bar tending set, earrings, bracelets, a scarf, wine glasses and even an adorable Art Deco dog made of newspaper. I appreciate the care & concern they have shown for their customers during COVID-19; the store is clean, they limit the number of shoppers & they even offered hand sanitizer (I even bough some masks there). I needed a gift on the fly, I called and they sent some photo samples of gifts and they handled the wrapping & shipping. I highly recommend this adorable shop. #shopsmall

I love Luster! This is the go to place for everything from a graduation gift, hostess gift, birthday gift or even a little something special for myself! Lots of different price points and always something new to discover.

Lots of unique choices. Cheeseboards, cocktail kits, hoodies, handbags, candles, bath bombs, and beyond. Love the jewelry selection, and the person working when I went in was super nice (and stylin af).

The service here is fantastic and they do a great job to prevent the spread of COVID. Mary Kate (MK) helped me with my purchase today and she was AWESOME :) I can't wait to come back!

The store is cute but the girls working we’re rude. Didn’t even acknowledge the people in the store

I bought a very pretty silver necklace for my daughter. Unfortunately, the first time she put it on it, the clasp broke. My daughter lives in DC, so by the time I got the necklace back from her it was past the 14 day return period. However, I had the receipt showing that I paid $48 for the necklace, explained the situation, and wanted to exchange the necklace for the same one - just not a defective one. They didn't have the same necklace anymore, and similar ones in gold only were now on sale for $20. My daughter did not want the gold necklace. I was then told that I could only get a store credit for $20 - the current sale price of a similar necklace. Therefore, I essentially lost $28 because I was sold a defective product. I understand this is a small business and return policies are more stringent. However, this situation involved a defective product that I assume the owner could have resolved with the manufacturer. I will not return to this store.
Edit: After an email exchange, the owner did replace the same necklace and ship it to my daughter which I did appreciate.

I have been in this store a few times and was not impressed. Not so much with items they had for sale but the customer service I received, particularly the last 2 times I came into store. I entered the store and as soon as I was walked in the sales person ran from behind the counter to ask me to put sanitizer on my hands and I really didn't think anything of it, although I literally just walked from another store and did not touch anything and put sanitizer on, but then I noticed she did not ask another patron to do the same and instead of making a seen I just walked out. The second time I went in store just recently and there was a sign on the door asking patrons to sanitize hands prior to walking in. I put sanitizer on my hands and was still rubbing in sanitizer and a salesperson ran from behind the counter and asked me did I sanitize my hands, (I was still rubbing it in), I asked her did she ask everyone, she said yes and a lady runs in behind me and I said well are you going to ask her and she says she was just here and came back in, still not making since to me. So then she says I saw you put it on but I looked away, so I said you saw me put it on then correct and she says yes but I looked away. She then walked away and came back and said if I needed any help just ask, but she kept monitoring me in the store. There were 3 other patrons(white) in the store that she paid no attn to, but focused on me, a Black woman. I left the store, I will not be back!
