Ethan Allen at Legacy Village definitely did everything right for us! Our experience purchasing a sofa and a chair and a half was perfect from the start. We love our pieces! Supurb quality. The color, style, size and well everything is perfect thanks to our wonderful salesperson, Judy Sabo. She took such good care of us and she is so very nice. We will definitely look to her for future purchases. I would also like to mention that the delivery went very well and the two delivery gentleman were courteous, professional and very nice.

She knows my style and limitations, is always there to offer advice and solutions that work for my home. And the designs at Ethan Allen are always great and impeccably made! Julia was our designer and sales associate. She was so helpful and patient and made sure we were happy with all selections. We made some changes and Julia went over every detail with us. The process was enjoyable and everything came In perfectly . We were 100% satisfied with Ethan Allen and would highly recommend Julia!

My husband and I had the most amazing experience working with Tiffany to decorate our living room. She is the ultimate professional and so talented in decorating. She came to our home to see the space so she would be able to give her best advice. In addition to her decorating expertise, she is very personable and made the whole process pleasant and easy for us. We love our furniture and would highly recommend Tiffany!

Over the past several weeks, my husband I have worked with Julia, Design Consultant from Ethan Allen at Legacy Village. Julia has visited our home in Shaker on several occasions and spent the time to understand our design preferences and the current pieces we wished to incorporate into the new design in our home. She is one talented design professional! Julia has a keen eye for color, lighting, textures, artwork and styles of furnishing second to none! She helped me bring my vision for our home come to life! Julia also understands the value of personalized, customer service! We highly recommend Julia for her design services, her excellent customer service, and her warm and charming personality. I have very much enjoyed my experience with Ethan Allen during a project to update my living room. I have some REALLY comfortable furniture from Ethan Allen that is a few years old and in excellent shape, so I wanted to keep some older items while adding some new items and colors for a more contemporary look. Sarah Wilson, my design consultant, has coordinated several new pieces from Ethan Allen that will really update and add a fresh look to my space, while working perfectly with my old favorites. I really appreciate working with a designer who has great ideas and can leverage her resources for a great outcome!

Our family loved working with Tiffany to design layouts and purchase furniture for our family room and kitchen in our new home. She listened closely to our needs and provided feedback and suggestions to help us refine our choices to those piece that best-suited our needs and lifestyle. She also came out to the house to confirm measurements and bring samples of fabrics and finishes to ensure that the items we selected best worked with pieces that we already owned. Wonderful experience.

Sarah was such a great help. She came to two different locations more than once to help us match fabric samples with existing furniture at our old home and with the color palette in our new home. We absolutely love our furniture and our experience with Sarah and Ethan Allen as a whole!

Ethan Allen is our favorite furniture store. Great quality and the service is amazing. Tiffany has been very helpful and she would get out of her way to help us choose everything for our new house, so easy to communicate with. She would do her own online search to help us get what we want and choose the accents for our new furniture.

I worked with Joe 2x now and he is amazing! I've never met him but he has gone above and beyond over the phone to make sure that our orders were right and that I had the best information to make my decisions without seeing the pieces. In these weird times I was greatful for the amazing service Joe provided.

Sarah at Ethan Allen Legacy Village was extremely helpful & professional. She had innovative ideas and provided helpful layouts and renderings to allow us to better visualize the various choices. She even did a layout of various wall art pleasingly oriented on a large open wall adjacent to a 2 story stairway. That layout became the blueprint for installation. She is a pleasure to work with.

Time to refurnish our family room so we only looked at Ethan Allen. This is the third Ethan Allen family room we've done over 20 years in three different houses. Ryan, our designer, very quickly got a sense of our style, and put together a design plan that was completely not what we were expecting, but we loved it! Ryan is professional, personable, has a great design eye, is efficient and responsive. If you're looking for help with designing a room, ask for Ryan!

Stephanie B. is exceptional for having a design eye and paying attention to detail when it comes to fabrics, furniture layout and wall fixtures. She goes above and beyond helping her customers when looking for furniture and finishing touches for their home. Her experience and insight really is useful and thorough. She uses an online design program that allows you to understand visually how she is thinking and it's very helpful. I highly recommend her as a go to person when making choices at Ethan Allen.

Julia Mlakar helped us pick out new bedroom furniture, and she was great! Our bedroom is an odd shape, and she was able to give us more options for the layout than I was expecting. She also made the process quick and easy, which I am very grateful for. Definitely ask for Julia when you stop in!

Julia Mlakar made the experience of redecorating my living room amazing. I had assumed there were only a couple options for arranging the furniture and she designed something much better than what I was expecting. She really listened to me about how the room would be used and what my personal style is and put together a plan I love.

I ordered some tables in April and received them in July. They were worth the wait and the price. Probably one of the best purchases I ever made. The quality of the furniture is beyond what I expected. The tables will probably outlast me. Thank you Ethan Allen!

Ryan at the Legacy Village store was a tremendous asset. We thoroughly enjoyed his expertise and recommendations as he learned about our vision. We are thrilled with how everything looks. The experience we had with him overshadowed an issue that we had with delivery. Despite that, with future needs, we would definitely use Ryan again.
