This store, Michele in particular, is great! I am a massively loyal Lilly Pulitzer customer. My closet is full of beautiful timeless LP clothes. I spend winters in Florida (from Canada), I go straight to my local LP store and shop online. Recently I was desperately seeking a few LP pieces I wanted but the main site was Out of Stock and no other web site had them, even Amazon. When I called LP line from Canada, customer service put me through to Michele. She was AMAZING! She was helpful, patient, friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. She had all 3 pieces I wanted and shipped them to my Florida house.
I will use this Signature store a lot for my future LP purchases. Best customer care I could have hoped for. Highly recommended!🌞

BEST by far costumer service ever! Extremely nice staff, they were so helpful with helping me pick out things to try on, and immedently put my things in a dressing room so that I didn’t have to hold onto them while shopping. Felt like a princess shopping here 💗💗 cannot want to go back!
