The family surprised me with dinner at the RH restaurant for my birthday today! The food was delicious and the service was wonderful! The ambience and view was absolutely beautiful. Our server was knowledgeable and gave us good suggestions! And Bill Slosser made our first dining experience at RH unforgettable as he made sure everyone had exactly what they needed! We will definitely be back! ❤

Now, dis, here was something different. This is a furniture store with a restaurant on the top floor. It was a unique experience, but I felt terrible for the salespeople on the showroom floor because most of the people I observed were not interested in the furniture but more so in the rooftop restaurant. This place will be an excellent spot for dinner and meeting up with friends when it gets warm.

The only thing is that they dont truly have a bar area, well, not one I observed. However, the ambiance is amazing. They have a lovely staircase that brings you to the restaurant's center, where you can look at a fountain and see the outside landing.

The outside space has some expensive furniture to sit on (including the price tag) and a few firepits to keep you warm, as it was in the 40's while we were there. It adds a nice touch to those potentially cool nights during the summer.

Now, on to the service and the food. My man Steven... he was the ish! He took care of us and made sure we understood what the popular choices were and his favorite. For an establishment that had only been open for a week, I dont know how these became the favorites, but Steven did not disappoint.

We started with a Peosciutti & Délicie Board and shrimp cocktail. For lunch, we had the Charred ribeye sandwich and the RH burger. If you all know me, I can't pass up on anything involving Ribeye because it was my mom's and my favorite cut of meat.

This is certainly a spot I can see myself visiting again. The food was amazing, the staff was fantastic and the entire atmosphere was just full of good vibes. Compliments to the staff and the chef, as this was a great experience.

Bringing RH to Cleveland was a great idea....having a waiter like Craig is a brilliant idea! Much of Cleveland is already familiar with Craig as the Duke of Fine Dining and the Earl of Elegance. Craig delivers excellent service with all he does. The menu at RH is basic but service by Craig takes the whole experience up, a few notches.
We ordered the Lobster Roll and the Fusilli Pasta...and....ok...but the dining room is lovely...great ambiance...the background music needs to match.
Will return when hungrier.

Beautiful, Elegant, and Chic. An exquisite spin on the regular dining experience. Menu is on the pricey end, however…you get what you pay for. Quality > Quantity . Will definitely be back when it warms up to enjoy the rooftop patio.

Reservations required for the restaurant! They must be really short staffed because 20 tables open and they cannot take walk-ins, only reservations. This happened twice.

Restoration Hardware in Legacy Village is truly a gem when it comes to home design and furnishings. My experience there was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the incredible assistance of Rebecca. As I embarked on the journey of designing my very first home, Rebecca was there every step of the way. Her patience and understanding were commendable, especially given the numerous changes in timelines and shifts in design direction I presented.

Rebecca's professionalism is unparalleled. She is undoubtedly one of the best salespeople I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Beyond her expertise in the field, what stood out the most was her intuitive nature. She seemed to effortlessly grasp my vision, often making suggestions that perfectly aligned with my tastes. Her friendly demeanor made the entire process feel like a collaboration with a close friend rather than a business transaction.

In a world where genuine customer service is becoming increasingly rare, Rebecca at Restoration Hardware shines brightly as an example of what it truly means to go above and beyond for a client. I cannot recommend her and the Legacy Village store highly enough.

Beautifully simplistic style meet quality built furnishings. Once you buy from RH, you will find it difficult to purchase furniture elsewhere. Not only is their customer service and delivery top notch, their furniture lasts for years. Definitely recommend checking out this store location for design inspo. Salesman was pleasant and helpful.

Exceptional sales people and customer service. We purchased several pieces of furniture here and one of the items delivered had some imperfections. I called this store where we purchased and they were very helpful and took care of us. The customer service with RH is top notch.

They have a great selection of modern hardware for your bathroom. They have really nice lighting and furniture. They also provide you with an interior designer if you are interested in buying stuff to redesign your home.

I was happy someone in the store answered my call considering most stores are closed during this time. I was looking for outdoor pieces and they were able to help me select the right pieces and even design a layout for my deck.

Definitely my style.. Not like any other furniture store around. Designers are very welcoming and helpful.
