I have always enjoyed a fresh Teddy Bear with an extra shot. If you need to wake up fast. Does the job well.
The flavor is good, like really really good.

The lady working was super sweet and very helpful. I didnt really know what I wanted so she gave me a few ideas and her final recommendation was a Black bear frozen (she ever offered to make me something else if I didn't enjoy that) which was really good !! Thank you for a great experience. The store was clean and even the bathroom was clean and smelled nice !

Best coffee in town. It's not close. There's a reason the line in the drive-thru is really long sometimes - incomparable coffee. Great staff.

Awesome staff and they worked hard and together to get ou big order out in a timely fashion and everything we had was fantastic. Definitely would go everyday if I lived in the area. Would highly recommend!!!!!

I take my 2 yr old daughter in to get Strawberry and Banana smoothie, and the employees are the most amazing people to her. They're patient as she orders and pays and always put a few extra sprinkles in her drink. Being that sweet to my child, you have a customer for life!

I got the hot mint chocolate. It was amazing! It could have been a little hotter but the taste was amazing. My wife got the black forest latte iced. It was good. Service was quick even though it was busy. I would recommend going here.

The layout is a little awkward for a line. But the coffee was excellent. They brewed a fresh pot of French roast just for me. There were at least 4 young ladies bustling around preparing coffee on a busy Sunday morning

The coffee is amazing, and the people working are amazing. Everyone in this location treat the customers like another human being. They all also have a good attitude none of the workers have a bad tone. This Bigbys has earned me and my co-workers business forever.

First time going to this location. They were very fast and friendly. I got a red bull creme drink. It was really great!!!

Excellent service. The barista's are fast, efficient and accurate. I've never spent more than 5-6min in line even when they're packed and have cars out to the street. They're always all smiles, happy to help, answer any questions, polite to my daughter and always thank us and wish us a good day

Great Coffee and service. My 3 year old granddaughter loved the magic milk (chocolate milk with whipped cream and sprinkles) I like black coffee, son had mocha mocha frozen and my daughter had the iced latte. We also tried the Pumpkin Muffin.

I’d like to give a shout out to Lena at defiance Ohio location. I’m a regular customer there and while ordering at the drive thru today, I forgot my wallet and let her know but with a big smile she said “don’t worry about it, I got you” in shock I kept thanking her. She’s genuinely so welcoming and her smile is just contagious! She’s amazing and made my entire day
