It is always nice..we almost had a bad moment with a return , but i stayed politely persistent, and then we got it worked out ,tho it confused everyone!!
I had purchased some 2 5" angled paint brushes , I bought two kinds and i ended up liking only one style so I wanted to exchange them for the ones I liked..well, somehow the numbers didn't match and they said this was not my receipt..I knew it WAS because it was my only purchase since that purchase, I showed the fella how if u divided the dollars spent into the amount of brushes purchased it came to the price of the brushes, he was getting a little firm with me about it not being the correct receipt. Ultimately the manager above him listened to my story and I feel believed me and then approved an exchange and we were all happy, but confused as to why the numbers were different but i was believed finally and I really appreciated it and it was all handled respectfully

This was a really nice Ollie's. Seemed to be very clean and organized. I really liked it. They had a good selection of items. Great prices too!

Lots of odds and ends here at Ollie's. Great place to shop around in, for a while. Never know what you will find. Definitely recommend.

I love this store. If you're looking for almost anything, and don't want to pay too much, you really should stop here. They have great rugs, books, and electronics, along with household appliances. They are always happy to help.

If you want a deal on name brand products, this is the place. You can find almost anything here excluding a whole car, house, or cold foods. Probably one of few places you'll ever find something that costs $1k somewhere else almost half the price (or possibly less than half).
