We are from Arizona and our dog needed attention for an injured paw. They got us in quickly. Dr Hunter was gentle and caring and the office staff was friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this office.

Best veterinarian and staff

We went to Minster Veterinary Services this past Friday to have our precious dog put to sleep after having lived with us for 16 years. This was by far one of the hardest days of our lives. Dr Hunter did what I'm sure he had to do by telling us that he could offer medicine for our pet's arthritis. We were overcome with emotion and just asked him to put him to sleep since we had made this difficult decision as a family for this to happen. We were sobbing but Dr Hunter, instead of offering us condolences, had to tell us about his old dog that was doing great because he was medicated. Our entire experience felt like a reprimand more than anything. We appreciate the kindness of Marissa who was a part of this day but felt nothing but more pain from Dr Hunter because of his condescending remarks. This is not what we needed. I am disappointed and while we weren't the best pet owners who had their dog in for check ups, shots, etc. regularly, we were pet owners whose dog was cherished and loved. My family was greatly hurt and disappointed by this experience.
