Dr. Sheldon Wical is great! Makes sure you understand what the problem is and his course of action. The staff is friendly and attentive. If your new to the area or looking for a better doctor, you won't be disappointed with Dr. Wical.

Great service, and friendly staff

Honestly, the doctors here are great people. But getting them to answer the phone is like pulling teeth. Been coming to this office since I was born, but we're considering switching my daughter to somewhere else because we can't ever get a hold of them.

Giving 1 star because I can not give 0. I stopped in to get labs done since they are closer than the hospital, I have never been here before. I walk in and I am told, after calling back and then checking, that the lab tech is gone for lunch. I ask if I can get the registration process done now and then go back when they return, she said no, but sign your name on the sheet and you’ll be the first one back when she comes back at 1:00. So I sign up at 12:25. About 10-12 minutes later a lady comes in wanting to get labs done saying that she was waiting at the hospital for 45 minutes. They tell her the same, she’s at lunch, will be about 1:00 when she gets back. She says she doesn’t want to wait and says she will just get them done some other day. She leaves and the girls at the front desk make a comment something about “Mondays”. About 5 minutes later a female comes out from the back of the office on a cell phone saying to the front desk, “Did she leave?....Did you leave? Just wait a minute...” She continues through the lobby and goes out to the parking lot. The front desk looks confused and asks each other if she was talking to them. The worker then comes back in from the parking lot laughing and talking to the former female that didn’t want to wait, and then brings her back with her to get her labs done. I then ask the front desk, “So I sign up and am told that I’m the first person yo go back when she returns, yet since she knows her she gets to go back first?” The lady that was now at the front desk (different that I spoke to first) gets up and looks at the sign up sheet. And then back at the other lady (that I did speak to first) that is sitting there eating, who says nothing. I then get up to leave and she says that she will check. I tell her, “Nope, I’m good.” And leave. So the moral of the story is, unless you know the people working your business isn’t really that important to them, find a different lab/office.
