Dr. Roode is the most caring physician I have ever met. He always takes time with the patient and exhibits fantastic patient/doctor communication. He is phenomenal at diagnosis and treatment. He is one of the few physicians I know who goes above and beyond what is expected for the needs of his patients.

The place is immaculate, flooring is all new. The people could not be better, the nurses are among the best anywhere. Dr. Roode is the most component Dr that I have ever seen. And believe me I have been to a lot of them. This place is absolutely the best place that you could take yourself too. I really believe in this Practice.

Dr.Roode is the best family doctor I've ever had. He sets the tone of the atmosphere for the rest of the staff, and it is very apparent. The rest of the staff there is always friendly and helpful. Very positive welcoming atmosphere.

No complaints whatsoever Roode is the greatest, and the pediatrician is good backup when you can't get sick kids into see him.

今まで三人の先生に子供たちと妻を見てもらいましたが、いずれも素晴らしいお医者様です。また、英語でアポを取るのですが、病気ワードがわからない＆私のつたない言語能力に対して、大変忍耐強く聞き取ってくれる電話オペレーターの方にも感謝です。お支払いのときにはステッカーをくれることも有り子どもたちも喜びます。大抵の場合処方箋を出してもらい、近所の薬局かKrogerなどでお薬を買うことになります。

They are doing great job! The telephone operator is really patient to catch my speaking while I am struggling to find the right words. All the doctors are also very helpful and try to understand the conditions with verbal and non-verbal communication which really help us. Visiting THIS hospital is not a pain for our children. This is really important.

Like Dr Roode immensely. You're not just the next patient with him.

I see Kate and I absolutely love her. Unfortunately though I am about to switch to a different office as every time I call to get an appointment with her anymore they want me to wait weeks or over a month. They try to get me to see one of the other providers which is annoying because Kate is supposed to be my family physician not them and I don’t like seeing random doctors who know nothing about me. Not to mention the few times I have agreed to see two of the other physicians it was not a good experience.

I switch two different Medical Group closer to my home. I was given the name of a physician who is named Dr. Roode. DO. He is a very caring humorous man who has compassion for his patients. The only weakness is the scheduling of appointments , and now referrals to specialists are failing to follow from.ancillary staff.

Nice place but staff and doctors will rack you up a bill so high where insurance won't cover it. Routine maintenance check at this office means test that are on covered 12 to 15 years will be done when your 20 plus. Use them with caution cause their billing department will over step insurance holds and send letters demanding the money.

Dr. Rose is great. Employees not so much all I can say is Horrible Horrible Horrible. Wait time is forever and a day here. Waited for blood work finally dr roode asked me why I was still there said I was waiting on blood draw he said something to the nurse and said I would be just a sec. well after standing there 5 min and her and another nurses conversation was more important I walked out. So if you are looking to get in and out go elsewhere
