A fantastic experience! Delicious food (each bite takes you to Italy), superior service (extremely friendly staff), clean environment, and so much more.
Note: cash only, but there's an ATM machine there if you forget. (Fee $2.50).

This was the first time our family visited and we will come back most definitely.
From outside to inside the place is clean and tidy. Part of the kitchen , where the pizza magic happens , is right there as you open the door and the artisans greet you.
As we sat down we were nearly immediately given waters and dinner rolls. Fluffy inside with that crunchy thin outer layer.
Upon first review of the menu , it's completely Italian fare. I thought the menu , while having a very good variety , was a bit limited. However , that's understandable when you see the food portions!
My fiance and I both had pizzas. She , a small pepperoni. Me , sausage and pepperoni. Sooo good! I have been searching for a place that serves pizzas with a thicker bottom crust and found here.
My daughter-in-law got a small double cheese and she smashed it along with a side salad and two of those rolls mentioned earlier.
The son-in-law got the spaghetti with sausage. He's a dainty eater and we knew immediately he was going to need a to go box. HUGE plate of pasta AND two sausage patties ( which are sweet with just a tiny hint of mild in it , outstanding!) the size of my open hand , and I'm a big fella.
Along with the cheesy garlic bread , for four persons to eat a large portion of food , we got out of there with a bill just over $100.
We're pretty sure the namesake may have come by our table to ask how everything was and that's very much appreciated. When we said it was out first time he quipped back "what took you so long , we been here 60 years".
You know you're doing something right in that case , and you are. Couldn't be anymore pleased.
Edit : well , we made it back! Food was just as good this time as it was our first!

I've been going here since I was a kid.y dad says it's the first pizza he ever had when he was little. It's a family favorite for sure, and we love when we find the time to go. None of us need a menu, we all have our favorites, but anything on the menu is amazing! I fully recommend getting the house dressing on your salad, and don't skip the pizza, even if it's just a pizza to share with the table!

Used to eat at Guido's on a regular basis 20 yrs ago when I lived in Cleveland. First time back in 20 years and while they have moved next door from the old 4 booth 2 table restaurant, the food is just as good as I remember! Strongly Recommend the pizza!

Had the fettuccine alfredo....the best I ever had. The portion was huge, so was the salad.
I've eaten at many Italian restaurants, to me, the best. Great atmosphere too. I can't wait to go again! 😍

Have been a customer since the 60s. I have never had less than an exceptional experience. The consistency of menu and quality of the food and service is unmatched. We have watched the family grow and continue to be a 5 star restaurant.

Good pizza in a chill atmosphere. This place seems like going back to an old Italian kitchen. The food comes out promptly and very hot. The toppings on the pizza were very generous and we had enough pizza left over for several servings of left overs, which heated up nicely in the oven. Would go again, just be sure to have cash handy!

We had a salad and a large pizza with egg plant black olives and sausage. All quality ingredients. Excellent cheese and plenty of it. I enjoyed the cheese on top of the toppings. Sause was very mild. The dough and eventual crust had a great taste and was cooked perfectly. Bring cash no cards.

Wow! Best pizza ever! Food is so good that I even ordered a few meals to go. Great service from Samantha and everybody else working in this family run restaurant was friendly and outgoing. I completely understand why this has been a favorite for my family since they opened in Euclid in the 60's. I will make sure to get here every time I'm in town. Be prepared, they only accept cash or check but there is an ATM available.

My hubby and I live here in Chesterland. One of the things we do weekly is go for pizza all over NEO. We both compare all our pizza's to Guido's and not many even come close and very few surpass the amazing pizza from Guido's! Also, if you are looking for the best meatballs you've ever had, ask for one or two with your pizza order. Sooo good!!

Wonderful pizza! The dough is light and fresh and the topping's plentiful. I also got the small chef salad. Perfection! If you are in the neighborhood be sure to stop by.

The food is top notch and authentic. All of the menu items are delicious. I recently had the chicken cutlet dinner and the chicken was moist and juicy and just the right amount of breading. It comes with a side of pasta and salad. Definitely the best Italian restaurant in Ohio!

It was my 1st time in, and the previous google reviewers did not let me down. First off, you should know that Guido's is the type of old school joint that only accepts cash or personal check as payment. And like an old school restaurant (though apparently in new digs), it's largely staffed by people who are related to each other. It seems they've been making their pan pizza for some time, and have really got it down. I shared a large sausage and onion with my brother in law. I really liked the sausage seasoning, and the pizza did not arrive shy on cheese. It was a square pie, with square cuts, and perfectly crispy/crunchy edges where cheese meets pan. I also had a salad with mozzarella, and the house Italian that appeared to be made with red wine vinegar, it was the quintessential pizza shop salad that came with a house made roll and butter. Let's put it this way, I will be back.

You will not find better pizza or Italian food in a several hundred mile radius! My personal favorite is the pepperoni with mushroom pizza, although the eggplant parmigiana is out of this world good! The crust is always perfect, and in the morning it makes for the best breakfast. Now if pizza is not your thing then definitely try one of casserole dishes, you can go wrong with the subs or dinner. When it comes to drinks they have all the traditional soft drinks and you can bring your favorite wine or beer too! You could go to Italy for a pizza like this (but it wouldn't be as good no joke) or just come here. For dining in its first come first served but its worth the wait every time! Also the pink salad dressing is the best pretty much on everything from pizza to bread.

Generations at work... The family environment is awesome. Service was awesome as well as the food. Family business which has 7 to 10 year old girls helping out. Sooooo adorable! Valet parking...

Great place to have an event of any type. The food is first class and the staff are incredible.

After years of takeout from here, we decided to dine in to celebrate our son's Pre-K graduation. The food is consistently delicious and it was even better dining in- everything came to our table piping hot. The prices are very fair... with amazing quality and good portions. We left with a ton of leftovers. Even better was the service. Our waitress was kind and patient, especially considering we had three little kiddos at our table. It's not easy getting out of the house to eat with the kids, but all the staff was so pleasant and kind to them- stopping and saying 'hi' and smiling as they walked past our table. They really made us feel welcomed and we were able to enjoy our meal. We're thankful for such a pleasant local business. People talk so highly of this restaurant for a reason... we'll keep coming back.
