Tickle me to death!!!!

Yesterday I had Tickle liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, flanks, and back with Dr. Siebenaler at Cleveland Med Spa. While, of course, I cannot speak to my results yet I can definitely speak to the staff and procedure. From the start Tiffany was amazing- a REAL person just giving you the facts. I was able to see her own results and pictures from other patients. She was very friendly and made my consultation smooth and comfortable. Then Rachel, RN came into play at my pre-op appointment. She is the perfect mix of professional and comforting. She made sure I understood everything about my upcoming appointment and answered all of my questions. The day of my procedure Rachel met with me first, taking weight, measurements and answering any last minute questions. Then Dr. Siebenaler came in and introduced himself. Began marking all the areas to be treated. I was already very impressed with his thoroughness. He was making sure to mark to allow for that womanly curve to really show post procedure. We spoke for a moment then he stepped out and Rachel took my before pics. I made a quick trip to the restroom and it was go time! Dr. Siebenaler, Rachel, and I went through a quick ‘time out’ to double check everything one last time. Then, the procedure began. I am not going to lie or sugarcoat it- the procedure is definitely not fun! It is doable, but you’re gonna feel it. Both Rachel and Dr. Siebenaler spoke to me throughout the entire procedure. They were comforting and completely understanding when sounds escaped my mouth without my control (just little ‘oohs’ or ‘ahs’ or a grunt here or there). Certain areas are definitely tougher than others. The doctor was very professional and always attempted to keep areas he wasn’t working on covered for my privacy (I am a nurse myself, so honestly it wasn’t a big deal for me, but it was definitely noticed and appreciated). His thoroughness continued during the entire procedure- when I switched sides he notice an area on my abdomen laid different and went back in from another direction to ensure covering everything. Throughout the entire procedure Rachel was assisting the doctor, but also making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. She could read when areas were really bothering me and made sure to try to distract me. Once all was completed they ended up getting about 4L of fat out of me! 4 liters!!!! Rachel wrapped me up and I was on my way. Feeling sore now and about to take my first shower. We will see how that goes. I know this review doesn’t give you the info about results you are probably looking for, but just know you will be in good and professional hands at Cleveland Med Spa. I will update with my results in a few months.

After a botched procedure at an office in Garfield Heights, Smart Lipo fixed me! It's only been one week and I've already lost 3 inches! They took SO much more than the other place, and the cost was more reasonable. They don't try to scam you and price by your BMI like other places either. And they're super nice and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

I knew for a very long time that I wanted to have some work done mainly on my stomach area.I tried another local doctor and he swore I needed a full tummy tuck which I knew was malarky. I did an engine search and stumbled upon Beachwood SmartLipo. After my initial consultation I scheduled my appointment. Why? Because Tiffany did not B.S. me and she made me feel very comfortable. Today, 4 days after my procedure I now know it was the best decision I ever made in life. The staff was very warm, attentive, and caring and Dr. Jack is the truth!! I cannot brag enough about this practice. I have recommended them to family members, friends, co-workers, and perfect strangers. I had a 10lb. baby and a set of twins and that stubborn pooch would not go away no matter how many crunches I did. I cannot thank Cleveland SmartLipo enough. I will be a walking billboard and praise them for the rest of my days because they made me look human again. I am no longer ashamed to get undressed in front of my husband and can't wait to hit the beach. My husband says I was perfect before however this I didn't do for him. I had A procedure done 2015 went back and had another one done 2016 was very pleased staff was amazing Dr was amazing

I feel that it has been long enough not getting a call back that I can now post my review. I had 2 procedures done here, 1 in 2015 when "smartlipo" was the procedure and I went for "de-bulking" and now in 2018 that it is called "ticklelipo" for shaping. Both procedures were VERY costly. But that is to be expected for this type of service. I was very please with the outcome from the 2015 procedure. The staff was very friendly and great with answering my questions. The procedure I had this year 2018 I am about 80% satisfied. After all of my follow ups and the final 6month follow up I noticed a small area above my belly button that is MUCH bulkier than the other areas, maybe missed or just not enough removed to even it all out. At my 6 month follow up with the Dr. he too agreed that this area definitely needed touched up. My stomach area now looks very awkward. He told me he would not charge me for his services but that the clinic may charge a SMALL amount for the tools needed, understandable. When I was told it would be $500 for this very small area I was a bit shocked!! Not a small amount by any means for what I have already paid to have 2 procedures done. I have made numerous calls and left messages trying to contact someone to talk through this and now almost 6 weeks later still no return call. As I said before the staff was great, pleasant and friendly and the Dr was wonderful throughout both procedures. Not sure what the issue could be now for no return calls or discussions trying to resolve this issue.

I had the tickle procedure done in March when the dr saw me the day of the procedure he said I would need two procedures because of the amount of fat I had. I did not have a lot removed my body surprisingly didn’t give up the fat lol. I would say the procedure is good if u are close to goal weight . For anyone heavier I would say to go thru the traditional lipo it removes more. For the cost of the tickle lipo I could have had a mommie makeover. I did not go back for follow up I am a nurse so I can handle things myself. The garment that is recommended is very uncomfortable and itches like it is made with nylon stiches. Big waste of money for the garment. I would not go back just because I did not see great results. I have however combined cool sculpting with the tickle and see great improvements.

Had the tickle procedure in August on my upper and lower abdominal area. My weight was 160 and i am 5'4". Doctor only removed 1.1 liters of fat. I was expecting for more fat to be removed being the price I paid for the procedure. I am now approaching my 5th month and I weigh the exact same and I originally lost 6 inches total ( well that is what the nurse told me) but I have gained all that back. I exercise 3x a week and diet and drink plenty of water. I truly feel like I wasted my money and now I still need to find a procedure to get rid of my stomach. Now I have to save up money again and pray I can find a board certified doctor who can do the job.

Ok this story might be long. But i think everyone should know. I don't really write review, but this one i need to. And my next step is the BBB. So when i first talk to i think is the owner she was very nice and kind and respectful. I took pictures before i went in at there lobby. Very nice assistant and Doctor. Had the procedure and went home. Everything was going good no pain. After 6 weeks went back. I sent a little different but not please. I thought the swelling was still there. But the one assistant said no the swelling is over. But i remember the owner said it take 6 month. I took pictures before and after. They said i lost 11 in. But didn't see it. The pictures they sent. The before was up close the after was far back. So they wanted me to think i lost weight, but i take pictures for a living so i know what they did. So 6 month still didn't see what i paid $7000. For. The Doctor said he was willing to do his part for free. But the equipment cost. I said ok understand that. But i had to talk to the owner. When see call be back. She said $3000 and something for a touch up. I said this is not a touch up this is correcting to the work yall did. So She was still saying the same price. So i said i will not pay that much on something they did wrong. And i will be writing a review. Then she start say i yelling being disrespectful and im like what, she said i hung up the phone on her. All i said was, that ok in not spend that much ok bye bye and i will be writing a review, And i said don't try it. You just want to have something to say because you was wrong and i told you i was going to call the BBB. So i left that message on her phone. And made sure i record what i said. And i have my pictures from before and after. So you can take a chance maybe it will work. But if it don't there going to charge you alot for there mistake. But i do want to go on record about the Doctor. He was willing to correct for free. I would have even paid a$1000 or $1200. For the equipment. But if you don't get what your expecting. She not going to correct it and do the right thing, but i will be writing this review again and calling the BBB. Sorry it long but i try to cut corners to make it short but giving yall the facts i will write it again and keep writing till she correct it. I $7000 that crazy for nothing.

I was. Not please at all with my results

6months later. No results I look the same. I am active and eat healthy. I did not go in overweight or underweight. I am of normal weight. Sad I wasted all that money.

Staff is friendly at first but doesn't mind switching up to be very disrespectful. That is of course after they get your money. As far as the procedure I was expecting more it was a lesson learned basically.

Don’t waste your money. I got no results at all. Had to get it don’t again. Still no results. I wasted $5600
