Genesis Health Care - West Bay Center

This is a really good place for people to bring their loved ones.The nurses are the best of the best. The STNA's are skilled and take really good of my son.If a problem comes up;its taken care of right away.

As a former employee, I can honestly say that Westbrook place was one of the best places I've ever worked. It helped me in my journey to becoming an activity director professional and I was welcomed back as a visitor with loving arms. I enjoyed spending time with all of my friends and the staff is still just as great as when I used to work there, if not better. Your family would be happy here.

Im a case manager and this rehabilitation center is clean and smells good walking in the door and the receptionists is very polite and the residents are always smiling and happy and always see some kind of activity they are doing withe the residents. Nice place to call home for a family member.

After the exemplary treatment my mother received during rehab 3 yrs ago, she was permanently placed at Westbrook Place, a year ago on 3/15/21. The administrators, staff and Healthcare teams have proven their professionalism as licensed, experienced, skillful, qualified etc. workers. My mother is loved admired, and treated with respect. And, they make sure all of her musical, personal, physical, social, etc. needs are met. I can rest easy at night knowing she's in good hands.

This was my first in-house visit with Anna; I was so happy to see her after all of these months. The staff take excellent care of Anna; they have kept me updated and informed during the pandemic. I appreciate the outstanding attention and care that Anna is receiving.

The staff is always very friendly and professional they make me feel welcome every time I come and visit my grandmother. If you have issues or concerns the address them in a timely manner and if they have any issues they contact you immediately so that the residents needs can be addressed promptly love everything about Westbrook I appreciate everything that they are doing when it comes to the care of my grandmother THANK YOU ALL!!!

I went to visit my sister. Everyone was nice and helpful. Someone from the nurses station in the 2nd floor helped me find a vase so I could put flowers in there for my sister. We had extra and we wanted to share them with other residents and she took care of that for us. Thanks so much!

My husband is a patient at your facility and I am impressed by the help and attention he is receiving in the memory care unit. The facility is extremely clean and all the personnel I have met is very friendly and helpful not only to my husband but to me also. I recommend Westbrook Place in Westlake for someone who needs memory care.

Friendly and helpful service I had to put my aunt in a facility due to I couldn't take care of her. She's been here a year and they have always helped and been sweet.every time I come it's been clean
