Alchemy Pole Fitness

I've been taking classes here for a few months now and love everything about it. Kags, the owner and teacher of the majority of classes, is professional, kind, patient, and fun to learn from. I always have a blast in class- its a great work out, as well as a confidence booster. People attending the classes are supportive and really nice; I like the atmosphere in the studio. If you've ever wanted to try out a pole or aerial yoga class, I couldn't recommend Alchemy enough!

The owner, Kag, is very passionate about her craft and is always so supportive in seeing her students succeed. Liz is another fantastic instructor here that is so fun to train with. Every class is uplifting and positive and you'll always leave feeling accomplished!

Went to a Beginner's Confidence class, only my second pole class ever, and really enjoyed it. I have a lot to work on, strength wise, but I look forward to coming back and getting better each visit!
So glad I got a 5 class pack as a present, I'll be buying my own after I use those up!

Great place for pole classes! Body positive and the instructors really help you learn!

My friend bought me a one day pass and I enjoyed the class. I decided to get the 2 week unlimited since then I have been trying to book a class. The app will not let me go any further without paying again. I have been emailing them for the past week trying to get my money back but no response. Extremely disappointed with how I am being treated.

Two students caught Covid & the owner did nothing about it. I waited until I was vaccinated and felt safe returning (email below) I reached out to see if I could use my pass, since I spent $60 and never used it because of the poorly handled Covid outbreak. I never asked for a refund, it’s clear in my email I wanted to come to a dance class. Now, after this extremely aggressive email telling me to buy another pass, I decided to share so nobody else has to go through this as well. She didn’t care anyone got Covid at her business, she didn’t care that I didn’t feel safe there, the owner just doesn’t care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BUSINESS THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF ITS CUSTOMERS.
