This is a very nice Starbucks. It has probably the most friendly staff I have seen so far, the wonderful Barista I talked to ask me right away if I'd like a suggestion, that's never happened before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was darling that they have little plants out on their window ledge what a nice touch. The details matter to me and this was a sweet Edition. My mocha coffee frappe was done to perfection. I really need another one in my life immediately.

Hands down, best Starbucks in Lake County. I work by three other Starbies, but I avoid them. Emerson, Nancy, Regan, Dom, all the folks here are sweet as a tall iced chai with oat milk! ❤ I sometimes come up to work from here a few hours in the afternoons and am always happy I did so.

Pro tip - go inside the store and order as the drive up lane is frequently backed up around the store. There is a small patio on the front of the store, and the inside is just a fairly typical Starbucks.

Painesville location has the best service, chardon makes you believe you are bothering them at work to ask for a cup of coffee much less anything else.

Two ice coffees. Super good and ordered online. We ordered online and it was ready in 5 minutes. We had been 2 buildings away. Very clean area. Close to I 90 freeway off rt 44.

Nice, bright and spacious, friendly fast service! Plenty of good seating as well. Have returned several times when passing through the area. Always great, friendly, fast service! Never wait long for food and beverages. Never have that annoying sense that mobile orders take priority over walk-in customers.

I’m from NC but stopped here after leaving Ohio seeing my mom. Nicest group of people, not sure who helped me fix my latte to get my little app stars but they were wonderful. Made my day before a 9 hour drive. 💛

Despite being super busy barista was awesome and the order was accurate and tasted great.

There were about 30 cars in line at the drive through - 28 of them occupied by females with dogs. I went inside and it was crowded, but I was the only male customer. So strange. Must be a local hangout for the gals.

This Starbucks has the absolute nicest lady ever working the drive thru. Short hair and glasses, did not get her name unfortunately. But just a really sweet lady who made our road trip home just a little bit nicer!
