First off I came out and told you you need to move away from the air pump because you were sitting there for at least 30 minutes. After I told you you needed to move you continued to sit there for another 15 minutes. Never once did you say anything about your vehicle being broken down. We have multiple other parking spaces yet you parked at the air pump for almost an hour. After being told once and doing nothing about it you were instructed to move. Again I say there are multiple parking spaces yet you had to stop at the air pump when other people need air. Its common sense. Grow up.

Worker was very helpful! However I fell to be a victim of a scam in their parking lot when someone asked for assistance purchasing their gas before they sped off without paying me back.

When the incident occurred I had went inside and spoke with one of the workers and she was very helpful and it gave me the information to file a report it was my own stupidity but I appreciated her assistance at this location

This location is very nice the only downside is that they don’t have a bathroom. But other than that it’s pretty clean and well put together!!

You absolutely have to get rid of the plump, old lady with glasses. Shes a sad excuse for a human being, smarting people off and giving attitude at 5 in the morning is not the move.

Stood outside for 10 mins with other waiting customers due to the fact that the doors were locked. To my understanding this location is 24/7 and I had just walked over 2 mi bc my truck broke down and was dying of thirst only to find out I couldn't go inside. I understand if there is only one employee working and if they have to use the restroom for their safety and to protect the stores merchandise they have to secure the store before doing so, however, as someone who's worked in gas stations along with managing them and being in a manager position for over 8 yrs, there are more professional ways to do so in such situations. Such as, leaving a note on the door stating why the 24/7 location is locked. There are no hours posted on the door, no indication that it's just temporary or closed to other reasons. Just looked like the employee walked out and locked it behind them.

The handle on the gas pump leaked gasoline all over my mother's hands. It was so bad that we ended up only getting two gallons and had to stop again farther up the interstate to fill up. Since there are no bathrooms, she couldn't even wash her hands, so we had to drive for miles with the car being filled with gasoline fumes/smell, which was extraordinarily unpleasant. I wish there was a way to give less than a full star!

The assistant manager (old lady with piercings) works around 12pm and works the counter is extremely disrespectful and feel like she’s always right, also the manager supports her antic’s and makes the costumer feel uncomfortable. Highly unprofessional. Recommend people NOT TO GO!!

No public bathroom, pump cc don’t read correctly, credit card needs to be refunded for over-pre payment, in person, inside. Hassle and inconvenient roadtrip stop

I spent three months in lockdown for COVID-19. I have very susceptible family members, so we did not leave the house for three months. Today is my first time out of the house, and this was my first stop. The lady at the desk yelled at me for the fact that my carbon mask dampens my voice and she could not hear me. I hope the rest of the world has not lost this much patience in the time I’ve been gone.
