I had a wonderful experience today at the Verizon store in Concord. I worked with a young man,Heru, Who was amazing. First of all, he was very knowledgeable, and explain things to me in a very patient manner. One of my more pleasant experiences at a Verizon store.

Sadi receives 5 Stars from us! I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service we received from Sadi! She met us at the door as we entered! She helped set up our new phones, explained the specials (we got a new i-pad), and helped me get my teacher credit. We had to return a few days later and she again spent time figuring out why we had not received our return boxes for our old phones. Of course, she handled it. Sadi really went above and beyond! We cannot thank her enough!

I am leaving a 5 star review for Krista!! My husband and I had a horrible experience and Krista turned it around! Without her professionalism, kindness, compassion, experience, and dedication (6 hours for us all!!), we would still be waiting. Krista was the only employee who acknowledged us when we walked in on Monday. They were busy but she took the time to smile and let us know someone would be right with us. We waited for 25 mins and a gentleman walked right in and was taken care of by the team lead, Sadi. She was rude and arrogant. Bragged loudly how she has 3 stores she manages. Clearly her words spoke louder than her actions! She didn’t want to help us and was rude to her employees. Totally unacceptable. She was more concerned about Happy Hour! My husband and I watched her leave and left her employees and us high and dry! Krista and Courtney stayed with us until 10 PM! They close at 9. Our account is still be reviewed to correct it. If it weren’t for Krista and Courtney, we would have changed carriers after 27 years with Verizon! Krista and Courtney both are true professionals and are still updating me regularly with answers! That is customer service!!! Sadi can go to Happy Hour, Krista will handle it! This I know. Thank you, Krista and Courtney 🙏❤

I stopped in after my phone crashed in Fla. I had switched from Verizon to Google Fi- big MISTAKE!! Their tech support is Best Buy- 4 clerks later nothing is fixed- Upon return I went to Verizon Concord/Painesville. I met with Customer Service Representative Heru, he took the time to work through the problem. I switched back to Verizon!! I highly recommend Concord Verizon and Heru!!

Krista at the Concord store was great. Very helpful and the process for my son and my new phones was quick. I came in the next morning with my other son, the same quick, friendly and professional service. Thank you thank you. Also, if anyone is in need of a job, they really seem to need the help. The staff in there were incredible for being so short handed.

Charles was great at showing us phones that were appropriate for the needs of our different family members. His knowledge on the different brands was helpful to know if we should stay with iOS or switch to Android or visa versa.
The online service for VZW at the store and over the phone was so slow! We felt really sad for the workers.

Ryan Gamiero was the representative that helped me when I came into the store. My Moto Z4 (which I love) that was 4 years old was on it's last leg. I wanted to stay with Motorola as always but needed the models explained to me. He is so understanding, courteous and knowledgeable and a great person! He totally set my new Edge up with exactly what was on my Moto Z4 and answered my million questions with patience and kindness! I wish I could commend him to everyone! Great employee, person and now friend! If you need any assistance, go see Ryan! ❤

Alex was amazing. I always dread going into a Verizon store. Today I was pleasantly surprised by the easy going experience, understanding, and connection with Alex. Thank you!! This experience made life and my business more enjoyable. It is encouraging to see someone so qualified at Verizon.

Leo really helped me perfectly. He activated my new phone .. explained totally everything so I completely understood. This man was so kind and helpful to me. Definitely not enough words that can explain his kindness. Thank you for having hired such a wonderful, knowledgeable and understanding young man. He made my day!!! I actually went to Mentor Ohio and they would not help me with my new phone. When I need help I will definitely come back to this location. ❤ This store.

Jordan was extremely helpful! We had a large and complicated transition for several phones. Jordan was patient, diligent and very helpful. We had many challenges and he worked through them all. Definitely recommend Jordan at the Concord Verizon store.

Krista B. was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and helpful. We were getting a few new phones and she was multitasking and transferring data which kept our time there to a minimum. Extremely personable and professional. Made for a very positive experience!

I worked with Connor this weekend and he was great! Helped me with all my questions and plan changes. Thank You Connor!!

Sadi was super helpful! She did everything to get us the best deal. She answered all of our questions and was very easy to work!

I bought my phones and watch from Krista who was able to answer any questions that I had. I have had to call with questions regarding problems that I have had with my phone and Krista is always very helpful in fixing my human errors. Krista never makes me feel rushed or a fool for not knowing how to figure out things. We will be seeking Krista out for any future Verizon business.

Alex K. Is the BEST! He spent time explaining everything to my family members. Very professional. Complicated transfers and transactions all completed in a little more than an hour.

We went into the store to replace a phone that was broken and ended up getting phones for the entire family at a monthly price that was less than we had been paying. We had the pleasure of dealing with the actual District Manager for Verizon. His name was Karanja Williams. He was exceptional. He spoke to my wife on the phone after hours on a Saturday because we were having problems with an Apple ID. Then he came in personally on a Sunday to a store of our choice to help us. I can't say enough nice things about him. Thank you!!!

Krista is the person to see if you need help with anything. Excellent 5 star customer service! Helped us get new phones and lower our bill in a timely manner with kids- can’t get much better then that!

Oh man krista is the absolute best!!! She took great care of us and patiently walked us through every question we had (“we” are 2-80 yr/olds a technophobe so we know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about these phones. Anyway she’s the best! She should have songs written about her and win many Verizon contests!!!

They know what they are doing and try their best to take care of their customers. Thank you so much kj for your help. He showed me I was overpaying and helped set my account up the right way. I highly recommend here.
