Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio

This is my most favorite Goodwill to visit. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and you will always find something cool. Their clothes selection is always great.

Lots of fun things here. They do this cute thing where they curate end caps by color.

I came here a few weeks ago after a bike ride, and it felt so good. The store was air conditioned, and I got my sister an amazing nerf bow for a great price. I browsed around, and saw other great prices. The employees were very friendly. Please shop here.

Big! Clean! Well organized! Worth the drive! Great selection! Great quality! Joanna was Awesome, personable and fast checking us out. Even the other customers were helpful and friendly. Found many treasures reasonably priced! Will go back!

First and foremost, I am used to the Goodwill Industries in Trumbull Co. (Warren). Compared to our store, this is a Macys! Very nice selection of items and very organized. All employees were polite and helpful! Definitely worth the 45 minute drive.

I love the store! I have no complaints about over stacked shelves. Dig in and see what you can find. Pricing needs to be cheaper than 3 dollars on some items though.Some of those items are not worth 3 dollars.

Always organized well and a great mix of things old and new to look through.

It's nicer than some retail stores I've shopped at. I honestly don't want to give it five stars, because. I don't want you to go buy-up all the good stuff, first.
