A fantastic ride from Concord to Middlefield, nicely paved bike&hike with a true variety of sights to see. A nice little link through the center of Chardon along with miles of woods, bridges, fields and farms.22 miles of pure bliss.

This was our first time on the trail. It was a great trail. At some points, the trail is under construction. We did the North, South, and Central Trail. Overall, it is a very shaded and nice trail!

Great recreation trail repurposed from the old railroad. Parking at various locations along the trail. Connects with the Greenway Corridor in Lake County, and changes name to Maple Highlands Trail in Geauga County. Goes through the towns of Chardon and Middlefield. Previously the substrate was gravel, which was nicer for horseback riding and hiking. The entire trail is paved now, so very wheelchair accessible, and convenient for bicycles, running/walking, etc. Buggies permitted on certain legs of the trail. ***Be sure to stop in Middlefield for food at Olde Town Grille and ice cream at The Depot. If you continue on to Swine Creek Reservation, the last portion of your travel will be on the road to connect to the park.

One of the only places we can walk our dog after a big snow! The trails seem to be plowed very regularly. It's a great, family friendly trail! Lots of bikers, hikers, runners and dog walkers. It's very accessible too. The trail is very flat and totally paved.

What a great bike trail! Mostly flat, through the trees and fields with only a few road crossings. Great riding from start to finish!

It was a pretty smooth trail. It's paved and there are other walkers and bikers...not secluded. Also passed parts of backyards and side yards of property. It has a scenic pond, grass, trees, benches as well as the site of personal property also gives it a community trail feeling as you walk!. Both natural and scenic.

Most beautiful trail around. I did notice bikers need to observe horse and buggy have right away. This is a good rule to protect the Amish. Love this beautiful trail.

Well maintained trail, good amount of rest spots with drinking fountains, if you find the very beginning and go to the very end, the trail almost reaches about 25 miles which round trip would make about 50 miles.

This is a fantastic paved trail system for easy hiking and running. Lots of shaded areas throughout the trail, and the trails run near parks that provide bathrooms and covered facilities. There are a couple of covered bridges on the south side of the trail, which adds to the charm. My family and I love coming here to see the Northeast Ohio's fall colors. Highly recommended.

Where we started has a nice entry w restroom. The main trail ride along a noisy road for a while, but once you get thru that a very enjoyable ride

One of the best trails for biking or running the area. Combo of flats and hills. Bathroom at parking, no water.

A great trail for walking, jogging, or cycling. Conveniently located access points, but remote enough not to be disturbed by traffic. Could use more restroom areas.

This is a great place to walk, run, and bike. The path is paved so it's easy to use with strollers or a wheelchair. Don't forget bug spray.

A great beginner bike riding trail, relaxing too. Both sun exposure and shaded, with many trees. Two thumbs up!
