I am pleased with my experience with the Sewer Cleaning Company. Their work in cleaning my storm drains and installing clan out pipes for my footers was very well done. They communicated well and showed up exactly as promised, and their team on site was genuinely enjoyable and pleasant to work with. They took a lot of care to minimize the disturbance and damage caused by the excavation - they knew exactly what to do and how to do it - and they were extremely skillful with the excavator. SCC are straight shooters who give an honest assessment and will do the job promised the right way.

I am updating my review as we had another tree root issue. We were fortunate enough to find this company last year and used them again this year. They are great! Kelly remembered us, had all our records and sent the same gentleman out named Michael. He was so great and we couldn't thank him him enough for fixing the problem ASAP. Again, I would highly recommend them. Honest, sincere and professional! Thank you!

I would highly recommend this company! They came out when promised, Michael and Anthony could not have been nicer or more professional. Turned out we had a huge blockage from tree roots. They explained everything, took care of the blockage and were very reasonably priced. We felt in good hands and confident they did a great job! Wonderful customer service! Felt so relieved to deal with an honest company who reassured us and were wonderful to deal with. Thank you!!

Rick was early, but notified us he was on his way. He was professional, very informative and friendly. I think he is a very valuable asset and representative of Sewer Cleaning Company. I enjoyed meeting him and appreciate the service and knowledge he provided me from the video inspection of my sanitary and storm sewer drains. I also appreciate Kelly who was very nice and patient over the phone. She was able to schedule me the very next day.

Brought them in today to do a camera inspection of the storm water lines from my downspouts to the yard. I had some concerns about the condition of the lines but they confirmed the lines were in good condition. Rick P was friendly and professional and did a thorough job. I was impressed with the communication throughout the process and will recommend them to others. I plan to use them again if the need arises.

I submitted my info online and they called me back within the hour and scheduled me a next day appointment(but offered same day)!

Michael came to my house and took his time to be sure my pipe was not only cleared of the problem blockage, but all the way to the street. He showed me the entire length of my pipe on camera and pointed out and explained all its flaws and deterioration and what they meant to me as a homeowner.
He was helpful in cleaning up the mess that had become my basement and was very knowledgeable and explanatory throughout the job.
I will be using the Sewer Cleaning Company for my needs in the future, although I hope not to need them!

Michael was on time and ready to handle some long overdue issues. He unclogged my drains and performed a sewer dye test. He explained everything he was doing and answered my million questions. Anthony and Dan were great to work with. Dan did an excellent job. He was very professional and friendly. We had issues with sewage backup. Dan came out and put a camera down the drain line to find we had root issues. He hydro jetted the line and completely got rid of all the roots that were growing in the pipe. I will definitely be using Sewer Cleaning Company for all my needs in the future and will highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

The experience I had with these guys was beyond incredible. Our grease trap clogged and started to back up. They were out in a reasonable time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Anthony scheduled my job and got a technician out within 12 hours. Dan was our technician and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He was very honest about what he was doing and what it might cost. He tried everything he could to keep the cost down and ultimately did more work than rotor-rooter for less money. I highly recommend this company and Dan as a technician.

I got various quotes from companies to jet my downspouts (the under ground ones). SCC was BY FAR the best quote. Their plumbers are top of the line and extremely personable and friendly. Michael called me a half hour prior to my scheduled appointment to let me know he was running late (at an emergency), which was totally fine. Once he arrived, he got right to work. This company did an UNBELIEVABLE job at my house. They are coming back in a few days to finish the job (scope the lines and locate). Absolutely incredible. Anthony, is quite possibly one of the fastest to respond to emails. The work ethic within these guys (and/or gals) is exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely amazing company with very transparent employees and they will 1000% NOT take advantage of you. I highly recommend and suggest this company and am SO happy I found them!

Arrived right on time and was very helpful explaining the process. Had a bad clog in the main sewer line and the hydro jetting did a great job of clearing the pipe. Really cool to see the camera inspection. Also, appreciate the hard work and good attitude in 15 degree weather.

We hired them to clean out our sewage line (maintenance) and to clean out our storm drains in a home that we recently purchased. It was determined that our storm drains were partially collapsed so they were not cleaned. Rick performed an inspection of the storm drains at no charge. Rick was thorough, personable and explained everything. They will provide us with a quote to fix our storm drains.

The company sent Rick out to run a camera from my main line to my kitchen to try to identify why my kitchen drain keeps clogging up. Super personable and professional guy!! The camera knocked a wad of grease loose I ran hot water through the drain and I'm flowing again. My home was built in 1969 so the grease has had many years to accumulate, all in all the camera was great showed the overall condition of the drains as well as build up. I would definitely recommend this company if you're having drain issues.

I highly recommend this company! We had our sewer line replaced and our back yard had alot of obstacles to work around. They were very professional and did an outstanding job, on time, in one day! I had the Sewer Cleaning Company come out to do a sewer line inspection. We had heard of a neighbor that had some backup issues and made me realize I didn't know the condition of our sewer lines. I reached out to the Sewer Cleaning Company and they were very fast to respond and got a technician out the next day. The technician was polite, insightful and super helpful in understanding our homes sewer lines. I didn't know that the inspection was free-considering the time that he took not only to perform the service, but also to educate me, to say its tremendously valuable is an understatement. Phenomenal customer service-will definitely use the Sewer Cleaning Company again for future inspections!

"FISHER PLUMBING" did a great job unclogging my kitchen drain pipe. I unfortunately dumped a few cups of corn starch down the drain witch caused an obstruction approx 40 feet downstream of the sink. Using their tools they successfully cleared the obstruction. In addition they noticed my S trap was not proper and they took extra time and materials and fixed it at no charge. Good company, great service.

The service gentleman Michael and Anthony were very professional and knowledgeable in analyzing the storm drains at our home. They ran a camera through the storm system and determined nothing was needed at this time. If I do need assistance in the future, I will be sure to call this company again.
