A real person answered the phone, unlike several other storage facilities where automated system wastes your time and/or rude staff manning the phone. The business operator at this facility gave me clear and honest answers, regardless he gets another customer. Unusual in this day and age and a highly honorable person. I am sure that many others would have sugar coated things to get the business. At this place, their existing customers probably get high quality support. Kudos!

have two units there and customer service is great ! very friendly and the place is kept up , drive up access is great even with a trailer .

I truly am so grateful for Bruce and Linda. They make you feel like family and that is what companies are missing nowadays. American Mini Storage is affordable and their hours are convenient. I would recommend this place for your belongings. It is secure with a pin entry security fence. Yes it may not be high tech or fancy, however I have never had any issues. Bruce and Linda thank you for kindness and integrity throughout the years. Once again American Mini Storage would not be the same without Bruce and Linda!

The storage place is owned by the most wonderfully sweet couple I have had the unit for over many many raise the rent once. They keep it very clean and I have not had any problems with rodents

We used a unit at American Mini for just over a year. Our experience was great. The managers go out of their way to be helpful and let you know they are there for you. They are real professionals. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

I found American Mini Storage through Sparefoot. The price looked good, but what really impressed me was they said the place was "family" owned. Nothing like dealing with people who care about their business.

This is the place to use for storage! Prices are right. It is managed by mature adults who treat you with dignity and respect. The facility is very clean, completely safe, and excellent equipment like electric lifts and carts and dollies for your use.

Women, you will feel safe going, arranging things in your storage unit, and leaving. Cameras everywhere, absolutely nobody living in their unit, safe, safe, safe. Highly recommended!

I've used American Mini Storage for years...many years. At times I've had multiple units of different sizes. It's nice that when I had an upstairs unit, there was a freight elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze.

American Mini Storage seems very secure as I have never had a worry or problem with my unit. The Manager's live on site so that is an added bonus.

American Mini Storage, helped me recover 80 years worth of family photos, my father left in storage after he passed away. Along with some other things that hold sentimental value to my family. Their facility, is very clean and safe. I accidentally left a one star this morning, I meant to leave a 5 star review. Thank you guys so much.
