Great selection of flowers to choose from. My wife and I appreciated the level of knowledge and recommendations that were given to us as we were picking our arrangements. What I appreciated even more is that Mark treated my wife and I as equals. It isn't uncommon for businessmen to only address me or ask my opinions only, as if I'm the "decision maker". It was a welcomed change that he did not treat us that way. Mark was professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Mark did an amazing job in helping me budget wedding flowers. Him and his team does a fantastic job on finding the perfect centerpieces, bouquets, wristlets and boutonnières for the entire wedding party! He takes the time to really dig into your needs. I recommend Mark and Havel’s for anyone who is looking for wedding flowers (he even got everything I needed a week before my wedding!) mark is also very knowledgeable on flowers and plants overall so come here for any flower and gardening needs! Much more personal than petitis & other local florist I have dealt with!

Very friendly/knowledgeable I picked out the roses I wanted and they had them ready in just a few minutes, despite me being there right as they open. They put my needs as a costomer first and that's more than what you get at any larger store. Their plants are well taken care of by caring people they are beautiful roses and they smell amazing, everything I looked at was healthy and vibrant. Shoutout to Mark for being his great salesmanship, he wasn't pushy and I appreciate that.

Love this place. The selection they have of succulents is fantastic and the plants look great. They are very knowledgeable in the care of these plants and willing to share their knowledge and information on how to care for them. I always enjoy going back to get more plants to add to the collection.

Today was the first time coming here and I already can't wait to come back! The gentleman I spoke with was so friendly and eager to help. I was overwhelmed by such a large variety of succulents!

I went in looking for a small starter plant for my office. Mark listened to my wants/needs and guided me to great recommendations. Not only that, he educated me on the proper maintenance for the aloe plant I selected. They have an incredible greenhouse filled with these types of plants! I’m extremely thankful for his expertise since I don’t have a very green thumb. Havel’s deserves two (green) thumbs up!

I went to Havels yesterday to look for a sympathy arrangement. There were plenty of orchids, plants and flowers to choose from. The customer service was exceptional. He explained how the planter would be prepared for delivery and that they would ensure delivery on time. I highly recommend Havels. I chose the exact item to be delivered.

They’re so sweet and helpful. I got a corsage and the man on the phone was super nice and talked me through everything. The woman who gave it to me when I picked it up kindly told me how to put it on my hoco date. Then as I was sitting in my car, she came to my window and said there was something needed fixing, and she fixed it quick.

Everyone is so friendly. I went there with my sister in law to look at succulents and they have the most amazing variety! The staff are so informed and ready to tell you everything you need to know!
We couldn't walk out without buying a couple succulents and an aloe vera plant! They make great additions to our home!

Went there to purchase a cactus and ended up with 6. The owner and employees were friendly and informative actually it was information overload but they gave me a handout with tons of information. They have a very large cactus selection. Check them out.

What a darling shop! Best selection of succulents Ive ever seen, and a warm, family-run business. I love the seasonal decor and vintage tractors, and Mark and Marty are always helpful and professional with questions and needs. So grateful to have this small business in our town.

During a difficult time, evil in your town has sought to victimize good and innocent people, including a local family friend. To be sure, a day of reckoning awaits them. I live in California and was able to call and place my order and they delivered the flowers to my friend in Ohio within an hour of me calling and paying! Simple and easy process, beautiful flowers and excellent customer service!

On June 12th, 2012 I called for some last minute flowers for my mother on her birthday and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and courteous. I live in another state and he helped to guide me through selecting just the right arrangement for my elderly mother. In addition, when my mother was not there for the delivery he was concerned enough to call me so that I could check on her welfare. To me, this gentleman went above and beyond and that makes all the difference. I will definitely use this florist again.
