Always the best service at Eddie Bauer! The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. The store always looks good and is stocked. Online returns are easy. I appreciate reward member deals. And, it's only a few storefronts away from Macy's, so it's easy for me to access in a mall that I have no interest in going to.

My first Eddie Bauer jacket. Decided to splurge on a lightweight rain resistant jacket. Nice hood, roomy and flows over backside. Nice off pink color. Every sales person I encountered was nice and helpful-will visit again since I have the rewards card.

I never realized they are a decent outdoor outfitter! They had so much to make Midwestern life with its unpredictable was k weather much more palatable! Waterproof shoes were my favorite since I spend a lot of time walking outside rain our shine. Now it's time to stock up on winter gear!

I'm happy to find a store where clothes fit me off the rack. I am average height, but I have an athletic v-type build so many clothes are tight in the chest and loose in the waist or tight in the thighs and fit the waist. Plus the lifetime guarantee is no joke, my girlfriend just exchanged her jacket from two years ago that had a defective zipper and it only took 2 minutes!

I almost exclusively buy all my clothing from here. Their lifetime satisfaction guarantee lets me purchase things with confidence that I'll love it, or they'll swap it out for something I do love. I just wish I could get my friends to shop here too. I'm running out of closet space and would like to get someone else to wear an "Eddie ensemble".

I found socks which are becoming my favorites. Cool max socks which wick moisture away from my feet. And they look cool. Not too tight on the top. 40% off for the second time this year. A deal.

I love Eddie Bauer clothing! They are a little higher prices on their in-season items, but the comfort and fit of their clothes is so great it's worth it if you can afford it.

The Eddie Bauer in the Mayfair Mall is amazing! I went in for a winter parka on Cyber Monday and was taken care of right away! The associate that helped me was AJ, he went above and beyond for me. Please give him a shout out!

Some best associates work here who gives great service to customers. Always love this brand and visit this store often as they have good collections on comparison to nearby outlet stores.

Been here a couple times now and the staff definitely caters to my needs and helps me shop. I would say much better service than when I go to a Banana Republic which would almost expect the opposite

They have provide some rugged outdoor clothing that have withstood some harsh weather and terrain for multiple years. Going hiking, camping or fishing a place to start would be Eddie Bauer 🐢
