The team here offers the best customer service, hands down. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it's once a day or my 3rd visit, the team there greets me with the same positive energy! I never feel pressured to buy additional items. They offer their suggestions and let you make the decision. I asked Tony for assistance on a piece that I've been online looking for and he had an extra piece. He just gave it to me! I couldn't be more grateful 🙏. I just love how they treat me like I'm buying the entire store even when purchasing a $5.00 item. I made the biggest make of my life thinking that because they weren't a mom & pop store, they would not greet me when I walked in or assist me when needed. I could have been going here for years. That's how great this team is. No matter what your needs are, give this place a chance to earn your business. You won't regret it.

I recently had an excellent experience with the customer service at this location. I called earlier today inquiring about spare parts for my pool ladder, which I had purchased back in 2014. Anthony, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

Anthony went above and beyond by searching through their records to find the information on my ladder, which had a different model name than what was shown on the website. He took the time to verify if they had the specific parts I needed (excluding the top and bottom layers of the steps) in their warehouse. Anthony even offered to hold the line or call me back once he had checked the warehouse.

In the end, Anthony successfully located the parts I required and promptly called me back to inform me that they were available upfront. He kindly informed me that I could come in at any time to pick them up. As a long-standing and satisfied customer, I am delighted with the level of service I received and will definitely continue to shop at this location.

I highly recommend this place for their exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to assist their customers.

Great Escape has been wonderful! I have called them many times over the 10 years we have bought our pool from them. They are always willing to answer my questions. If they don’t know they find out and call me back with the answer. I have taken pieces in the store and they are ready to help me figure out my problem. I have never ran into someone being rude at the Macedonia Great Escape. Busy and have to wait at times but never rude ect. Thank you for being there in a positive way.

I stopped in to The Great Escape in Macedonia looking for help with a 12 year old pool pump that had a leak. I spoke to Matt about the issue and he had me set up with everything I needed in 5 minutes. He explained to me how to take the pump apart and make the repair. It worked out exactly as he said. I bought my pool from them and will continue to shop there for all of my needs. Thanks again Matt and The Great Escape.

As always, we received exceptional service at The Great Escape when purchasing replacement products this week, after a storm! The gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgeable and guided us through all available options, which made the experience very pleasurable!

Excellent work replacing an 18x33 above ground pool. The 3 person crew arrived as scheduled and the pool was done in about 5 hours. There were a few very minor issues I noticed the next day, and the same crew showed up the following day to resolve them. The salesperson (Anthony) was great to work with and very responsive. It was the type of experience that used to be commonplace , but seems to be rare these days.

Great selection! Went in to look at hot tubs after emailing with Terry. He was with a customer so I had to wait a little bit but it was worth it! Very knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for, and explained everything. Directed me to the unit that was a best fit for me, not the most expensive! Needless to say I purchased the tub that day. Just one day later they called me to set up delivery! Can’t wait to get it.

It was my first visit to your store. I was super impressed with the quality of your product offerings. Most stores which host a wide variety of items are full of “junk” (not high quality). I was able to locate the gift I was looking for at a level of quality I respect. I also unexpectedly found unrelated high quality products I hadn’t planned to encounter in this store. Yay. Great staff. Great selection. A little pricy, but sometimes you only get what you pay for. Have made purchases there before. Great, quality merchandise found there. l definitely recommend this store and staff.

I wasn't there but I called them and emailed them with questions about my hot tub. They answered many questions by phone and gave me an email address so I could send pics of my tub and ask other questions. They were very thorough in their answers! And mentioned everything I needed to know and wanted to know. Thanks to the person I spoke with and emailed me!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a Jacuzzi Hot Tub. Our sales associate Terry made the process stress free and pleasant. He was super thorough and knowledgeable about the products and guided us into exactly what we wanted.

I looked tirelessly online for a small bistro set for my mom. You never know about the quality online, so we stopped at The Great Escape where we met Andrea. She priced out several different options for us and we ended up purchasing one. She was efficient, thoughtful and on subsequent purchase inquiries, went the extra mile to get us what we wanted in addition to our initial purchase. We couldn’t be more pleased- great experience, great product, great person in Andrea!

Very pleased with our experience here. Our salesperson Terry was excellent. He spent ample time with us explaining and answering questions that we had. He was a contributing factor in making our decision to buy. We cant wait to enjoy our new purchase in a couple of months.

After Searching and comparing prices, we decided to go with The Great Escape. This was my first pool so needless to say it was very overwhelming but our sales rep Brian was extremely helpful and guided me every step of the way. It was the best visit and purchase Experience! We had Terence who sold our hot tub to us this Sunday, today we went for a wet test just to make sure .... and Larry, knocked it out of the water, showing us all the features and truly reassuring us this is the best choice for our needs! I worked with Brian to purchase our new family pool. I questioned the possibility of hunting online to find a lower price. I did not and I am extremely happy. Getting a new pool made me nervous because of the new devices and water treatment. Brian has been very helpful getting me comfortable with my pool. If I purchased online, this type of service would have not been available. It's really hard to put a price on good service and face to face interactions. I shopped The Great Escape and Ohio Pools & Spas. The Great Escape followed through on their promises and Ohio Pools & Spas did not. I highly recommend The Great Escape and Brian.

They were very helpful with all of my questions and my mix up for ordering the wrong size liner. they were able to answer all the questions I had with the pool catastrophe that we had with my mother in law's pool and opening my pool up for the 1st time very grateful and they will always have my business.

Made an account just to leave this review. The staff and service was so good I felt moved to write this review. Bought a pool table, and Matt, the delivery, guy was not only personable, but hauled the whole one-piece slate down the steps with one hand. Talk about a pro. You can tell he’s a family guy because all he had to say was how supportive his wife was of picking up weekend work. I would give six stars if I could.

Terry helped us get into our first pool very professional. Pool has been great. We moved and need a new pool i just spoke to Terry and they have the same pool available. I called around but not going to over think it. Going back to the great service at the Great Escape. Thanks 😊

Just purchased a 27’ pool. 15 minutes after the pool was installed the liner started leaking! Loosing water that I just paid for! Called the Great Escape and Larry sent someone out immediately and made it right! Great service.. love my beautiful pool and I’m looking forward to a wonderful summer filled with pool days😎 I’m a very happy customer!
