Rally House Macedonia

Great experience. They were the last store in the area to have the product/size I was looking for. I was concerned it wouldn't be there the day I planned to pick it up but it was saved for me. Very nice and professional sales team.

Great experience, I was in from out of town looking for some buckeye gear, and both associates knew exactly where things where, what sizes they had available, and streamlined the whole shopping experience! I have never had such a seamless experience in any other retail establishment. Will make a trip in every time I am in town!

I purchased 4 Ohio State shirts because I didn't know which two I wanted to keep. As the transaction was going through, Rally House's database system crashed. James, who was the employee that was helping me told me that I may be charged twice because of the crash dilemma and to let him know if I saw 2 charges on my credit card. Eventually, when I returned home that evening, sure enough there were 2 charges on my credit card. James immediately credited my account and it appeared on my credit card within hours. I truly appreciate his honesty from the beginning, as I would not have seen that charge until later. He also gave me an additional receipt, in case I had any problems. When I decided to return the two shirts that I really didn't need, again the salesperson was genuinely helpful and nice. The problem is that my credit card was previously credited by the receipt in which James used to credit my account when their system crashed. At this point, I spoke with Zak, Macedonia store manager. Zak was so kind and helpful because he called their corporate store to get assistance for the return of the 2 shirts I still had in my possession. Zak was on the phone with the corporate office for at least an hour to correct this error. Never once did he complain about what had to be done to refund my credit. Eventually, the problem was solved. I truly appreciate Zak and James, as they both had the same, positive attitude of helping me get these issues resolved. I am truly a believer in the customer service that Rally House provided to me, and this store will be my go-to store for all sports apparel. In addition, I will recommend this store to all of my >1000 friends. The customer service at Rally House in Macedonia, Ohio is awesome and second to none. This is the way to go, Rally House, to bring in the business.

The store is clean and organized and they have tons of items to chose from. I bought both an Ohio State and a Brown’s T-shirt. The quality of their clothing is excellent and I know I will be able to wear my new t-shirts for many years.

The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable. They aren’t pushy and they allow you to take your time and browse the store in peace. Ashley is a sweetheart and she was very helpful. I will be back to this store often.

This store is exactly what I was looking for. So many great Ohio teams all in one store. Selection of sizes was great, neatly folded and displayed. Staff was friendly and the dressing room was open! Highly recommended.

Nice pleasant staff, store clean and organized. What they didn't have was woman's joggers and gloves/mittens. I may have overlooked them and i didn't ask a staff member. Overall great experience 👍
