Clean and friendly staff! Well stocked and great selection which is pretty standard for Giant Eagle

Derek @ the Macedonia location in the hot foods department was awesome and saved my 93 yr old Auntie party... Derek went above and beyond.He was kind and understanding.Its hard to find individuals in the work place with a gentle heart.

This is a great grocery store with great people running it! The store is always clean and well stocked. The managers running this store are the best and make us feel welcomed.

Very clean and organized. Great selection in the bakery, as I stopped in looming for a unique birthday cake. Definitely found one that was delicious! Helpful staff in the self check out area as well.

Great associates. Everyone is just super nice and always helpful. Associates in bakery are always putting messages on the big chocolate chip message cookies . THANK YOU for all your help it is always appreciated.

I have been to this location a few times. They have a good variety of foods. They also have a liquor store inside.

I called ahead and spoke to a young lady who helped get a very expensive prescription ordered for me. She was very helpful and kind.
When I went to pick up the prescription, (which was not covered by my insurance) Carson, in the pharmacy, was great! He looked at the price and re-ran the prescription through another program and saved me $70! I appreciate how he went above and beyond. So rare these days. Thank you!

I shop at this Giant Eagle for their fresh seafood selection. The salmon, cooked shrimp, crab cakes, and scallops are always worthwhile. Seafood attendant is very helpful. I found a specialty bread along with desserts in the bakery section. Everything is well stocked.

The hot food was great. Came back for the hot chicken. Rich the cook gets an A++. The store was clean and well stocked. Found an item l had been looking for in the veggies unable to find at other places. Will return

While shopping there today (Valentine's Day) the store manager I believe his name is Frank Wiley came over the intercom and said before the store got too busy he wanted to wish his team members a Happy Valentine's Day and came around with a rose for each of the cashiers. Being a manager myself I thought this was very nice and showed how appreciative he is of his team. Great Leadership Frank!

Curbside here has been super helpful! They get the food loaded quickly and are always sweet. If an item I wanted is out they offer me a alternative. I can choose to pick it or not. Super easy! If you haven’t tried curbside your missing out!

This giant eagle is my local giant eagle that I have probably spent 2g at by now. It is always clean and well Organized. To the person that said the produce was rotten, iv never had a problem with that. Not even once and if you want something extra fresh, just ask any of the produce staff who are usually stocking the shelves with fresh produce to get you something that they haven't restocked yet. The employees will drop what they are doing and led you to anything you are looking for and make sure you are completely satisfied. Always clean and friendly.

Shelves are usually well stocked. Cashiers are friendly. Can be busy, but there are quite a few registers open so time in line goes by quickly.

Went there to get some steaks after going to Walmart. Walmart was out and Giant Eagle's shelves were bare. But Giant Eagle has a butcher and were able to cut what I wanted to my specifications. Not to mention how friendly they were and went through a demo cut to make sure it met my needs. Great place, great staff and friendly service.

I've been to a lot of different Giant Eagle's. But this one is probably one of the cleanest, well organized and nicest ones.

They have a great meat and seafood department. The had a better selection the a lot of other Giant Eagles (and other grocery stores)

Yet, I noticed they dont have a couple minor items, but nothing that you cant find a comparable product.

Have been a long time customer of Giant Eagle and it is my favorite all around grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaners. They carry quality products, friendly and knowledgeable staff, competitive prices and an excellent fuel perks program. I would recommend them most highly!!

I love this store and everyone in it , they are friendly and helpful. The Prep Foods, Meat department and Deli are the absolute best always taking care of everyone, never rude and the quality is Perfect.My meat is always cut to perfection.

I am a Nordonia Hills resident since 1979.. I have followed all the girls at Giant Eagle that have recently retired over the last 5-8 Years from when it was Country Counter in Sagamore Plaza. I have seen stores come go and change names. But I always come back to GE
Only a hand full of issues over time. front end girls are awesome. The management is great. Customer service over all is just as good. Would be very upset if Giant Eagle Macedonia Ohio 44056 left.

Nice clean store, need more self checkout aisles

Fast and efficient people! The lady that helped us was very friendly and nice considering we made a couple mistakes during checkout, using the self scan gun!
