Great experience. Fast service and friendly associate. With purchasing around Christmas time, I wish they would’ve had the purchase in a bag so it couldn’t be seen. Still deserved 5 ⭐.

The associate here helped me so much when I made a mistake with my purchase. She found other discounts for me, taught me how to use Target Circle - and treated me great even though it was my mistake to begin with.

Target Pick-up is the best!!! The staff is so quick & incredibly nice, even when the weather is horrible! My MIL has advanced dementia & lives at home. As soon we need something, I place the order, then I don’t have to think about it again. It is so fast in and out to get her supplies, it just reduces my stress level. Sometimes, they have her things waiting when I pull in! Wow!! I appreciate everyone involved in Target pickup. THANK YOU!!! YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!

The remodel of the Macedonia store turned out really nice. The associates seem to be proud of it because as busy as the store was today, many could be seen organizing shelves and aisles. The store was really clean. I hope they can keep that up. It’s dry pleasant to shop in such a clean , well-organized store.

The staff go above and beyond to aid their customers! Keep up the fine work it's so very rare in this day and time.

My order cancelled over night. Called in the morning because items were sold out on the app. Levi was able to recover the items and I was able to run in and grab he really went out of his way appreciate it so much!

Nice clean Target. Is in the process of being remodeled and adding self scan registers. Also have a new beauty section with all sorts of face masks and lotions. Took me an extra couple minutes to find the socks with the sections being moved around. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stopped in to get a battery for my car key.
All I can say is Isabell in the Electronics Department at the Macedonia, Ohio location should receive a huge bonus for her customer service. She was so genuine when helping her customers. I was 1 of 3. She acknowledged each one of us, waited on us in order of arrival and did not rush either of us while helping. It was nice to experience such niceness at the store for a change.

I normally do drive up orders. The customer service is excellent, the orders are exact and the sales associates are professional and kind.

This store is always spotless and the remodel makes it even more nice, especially the new lighting. I appreciate the self checkout, which works quite well compared to ones at grocery stores.

This was my first shopping g experience with target. I ordered a product online to pick up the same day at the store. It was so easy to find the item I wanted... decide on pick p or delivery.. pay and ... 2 hours later m item was ready for pick up. At the store... pick p WA fast and friendly customer service! Will definitely use again. Took less then 5 minutes from order to pick up.

customer service was excellent! Much appreciated. After looking for a product Myla searched for the item on her device. While searching Keith from Frito Lay happened to be stocking shelves and helped us find the item. It was not the one I was looking for, but close enough. A few minutes later Keith found me on the other side of Target and happily provided me with the item I originally wanted, wow. Nice teamwork. At self checkout Deja offered her help without being asked with kindness as did the Manager at Customer Service. I did not get her name but her genuine appreciation was extended as I shared my positive experiences. Everyone expressed they were there to help with a smiling eyes and kind words. I like to walk in the store (can get 2 to 3 miles) and this time I am so glad I chose the Macedonia location. So clean and welcoming! Thank you all so much for your caring, loving your job and making me feel safe. Great Teamwork!!! Be Proud of your yourselves.... :))))

They had the item I needed in stock where other stores in the area did not.

I was impressed by the friendliness of the two young women who greeted me as I entered the store this afternoon. I couldn’t help but notice the store looked and smelled pleasantly clean.
I’m from out of state and haven’t been out shopping much this past year. This was a nice, relaxed experience from beginning to end!
