Brimfield Water Center

I called on Friday night Sept 20th because the kitchen sink was clogged and my husband could not get it cleared out. Then he was called out on a call. When I called Nate Mcutcheon answered the call. He was out with his family for dinner. When he contacted me back after done eating I informed him that no one else would come out to fix the problem. He not only came out to our house but he fixed the problem but also let me know that my garbage disposal also had a crack. He was very professional and kind. I would refer Nate and your company to anyone.

Very nice and professional folks. Megan on the phone was very helpful and professional ; Justin on site was very efficient, kind, and explained everything to me. I’m already telling my friends about this nice business.

Ive met three employees of the business including the co-owners. They are professional and provide exceptional service. They have serviced my water softener twice and both times have been quick and more than adequate. I will recommend these guys to anyone.
