I Apsolutley love this place. I have been coming here for 5 years and has always been our go to spot. The portions are huge so there's always extra for lunch the next day. The food is Always fresh and always hot, The biggest plus with Chen's is we never have any issues. 99.9% of the time no matter where you order there is ALWAYS going to be something wrong when you get your food n I know most of y'all reading this can sadly agree that you've been there one to many times😒. In the 5 years I've been coming here I can honestly tell you that my family n I have never had an issue like missing food, or received the wrong items or condiments,. Never had to worry about our food tasting like old fryer Grease ect... The staff work extremely well together n have a pretty amazing routine which is awesome cause your never having to wait forever for your food. So if your looking for something to eat I promise this place won't let u down☺

I was completely satisfied with the food I ordered, the speed it was done, and the friendly staff.
I would suggest ordering online if you're able. The staff was busy and difficult to understand on the phone but still patient. The atmosphere is a to go only area with heavy traffic so wear whatever you want. They ask for and use your phone number to get you the right order.

Some so the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. Portions very good size. People were so friendly when taking my order.

I've been going to this place for many years. They're always top-notch, and tonight they were even better than usual. Probably the best Chinese carry-out in Summit County, maybe the whole state!

Tried other Chinese places and they are subpar. They are fast and delicious. I like the option to order online and pickup. Definitely a staple in Cuyahoga Falls. Dont think I'd recommend dining in though.

Forgot my free General Tso but it was free so I won't complain. Food was great as usual and fast friendly delivery. Large portions and always fresh.

Loved my sesame chicken and the next day for lunch was even better! 😳 WOW.

Got food delivered from Chens first time ever on Sunday 6/30/23 it was Delicious 😋 We order $60 worth. We got Wonton soup, cheese wontons, Terriyaki beef sticks, eggs rolls, General tso's, Sweet and sour chicken, Boneless beef ribs, Roast pork fried rice etc.. it was the BEST TASTING CHINESE FOOD EVER‼‼‼ I highly recommend going to Chens, you won't regret it‼💯🙂😋

Every interaction with the folks that work here has been absolutely lovely. The delivery man is just such a joyful person! My food has always arrived warm and when I call in the person on the phone is always super patient as I scroll through the menu. So glad I gave this place a try! Their sweet and sour chicken is really good. I love that the sauce comes on the side for this dish.

I always grab lunch here if I am in the area. The food is always fresh and the veggies are never overcooked. The lunch specials are cheap, but wonderful quality. The staff is always friendly.

Always great food and on time delivery service. Everytime I call they're always very polite and helpful on the phone. My favorite dish is the Dragon and Phoenix Chef Specialty but I like a lot on the menu and try to order often. I think it's one of the best Chinese Food place in the Cuyahoga Falls - Akron area! A must try if you haven't.. Keep up the Good Job!

I always love Chen's! They don't do anything poorly! Fantastic shrimp egg rolls, wonderful beef and pea pods, aww, heck, everything is good. Once you order, you will be hooked.

Just ordered 2 pork egg rolls and some chicken-fried rice with extra veggies and it was pretty good. They also gave me an extra little container of the same stuff for free and it made my day.
The employees work hard and a lot of hours but they alway have great service. Check this place out man, you’ll like it

My favorite place to order Chinese food. Whether it’s delivered or I pick up, I get excellent service every time. Their food is amazing! Their service is great and the staff is friendly. I never order from anywhere else. I have been a loyal customer for close to three years. I highly recommend them and their prices are on point, especially for a family.

My absolute favorite Chinese takeout restaurant. Everything is always delicious and well-prepared. The lo mein is as good as you'll find anywhere. I've been going there since about 2003 and still go back once in a while even though I moved out of the area. Don't judge this book buy its cover, because the building doesn't look like much, but the staff and the food are top notch.

I love this place when im craving Chinese. Sweet and sour chicken is a classic and id also recommend their roast pork with mushrooms and their low mein! Always nice and speedy service.
