Underhill's Games

Only bad thing about this place is that it's so easy to spend money with my hobbies. Great people running the place, other patrons are nice and welcoming and always a good selection of products.

This rating is specifically for the rentals. We have rented a few games here in the past, but my recent visit was absolutely wonderful. I don’t know they employees name but they were extremely accommodating. They helped us find a family game to help work through some Catan burnout. It also appears that the store has recently been reorganized. We will definitely be back to rent again!

Despite being a gaming nerd for years, tonight was my first visit to Underhills as I searched for the finishing touches for my family’s Christmas. The young lady working today was equal parts adorable and helpful, and suggested several things I hadn’t noticed in the store (like the DnD 123’s book for my baby). I will absolutely be coming back, and I really appreciate having this store in my community!

Ever since the new owner came around, and the dude with the pimples all over his face got canned, it's been nothing but good employee interactions and great fun. The prices are more than fair for the current market and the customer base is loyal and usually friendly. Great place, cya again soon!

Such a great store to play at. Employees are always more than happy to help and know a lot of their stuff! My fave place to play board games and magic Friday nights! It’s owner new management so I definitely recommend trying the store again if you’ve been burned before!

Staff was super friendly and answered the questions that I had on a few board games. They have a nice open area for what looks like play a bunch of different kind of games. They also have a good selection of dice, pokemon cards, and magic.

The owner is knowledgeable about so many types of games, specific games, game publishers, etc. This store allows you to come in and play with other gamers, has a great selection of new board games, card based and figurine games. A treasure!

We're traveling through the area and wanted to get some gifts for a few friends we'd be seeing on our trip. Gwen was SUPER helpful and friendly. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything we discussed and their stock was well thought out and provided interesting options we don't have at our local stores back home. Wish we lived closer by so we could come back again!

This place is great. Lee, the owner, is very helpful. They have game nights for different games (D &D, Pathfinder, etc) They sell a huge selection of games and not parker brothers but mystery, card and other assorted games. You won't find normal store games but different games. They offer rentals and sell minis and dice as well I suggest checking it out even if you are just looking to support a local business. You will find something you like and you may come back because it's a unique and fun experience.

Decent store with a decent selection, I really liked there card pick setup. It seems like a great setup.

What people take for rude is the personality of an introvert, I am assuming of course.

The staff while not super enthusiastic helped me on my first visit like I would expect. They showed me there card pick system, explained the different things I had questions about.

My wife loves the dice selection, sure we can get them elsewhere for less but we are supporting a local business during a time where online retailers are swallowing them whole.

Underhill's Games Flea Market happens in the Spring each year. That last one was wonderful. Go look to the website out it. They really did a GREAT job in March 2022 making it easy to replace my old monster size games with NEW monster size games.

Wonderful selection and typically the staff is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the games. Awesome place to sell or buy MTG cards and buff your deck. Lots of great community involvement from what I've seen, with frequent gaming events held at the store. And usually people playing some sort of board game in the back.

We love Underhill's Games. They are friendly, have a good selection and they have a fun rewards program. It is the best Board Game store in the area. They also have a huge selection of Magic the Gathering stuff although we don't play. They have MTG tournaments and often have games of D&D or other gamws going on in the back. It is a social place and a good place to hang out. I highly recommend it for anyone who is serious about board games

I give it 5 stars for selection and for its long adherence to the tradition of the hard core gaming store. I have to tell you, though, this place needs a major infusion of friendliness. The last view times I've been, it definitely felt like the staff is bothered by customers.

Underhill Games is awesome.

I got into Magic the Gathering recently, mostly during covid. They have a great selection of cards to fill your decks and a lot of packs. They have pokemon cards too, yall.

Not only card games, they have a large selection of board games, role playing games, etc.

A great place for unique gifts!! If you're like me, you want to give a special gift. A new game can really hit the mark.

I haven't participated in any events yet, but the community appears to be friendly and welcoming. Nice tables are set up for playing games.

Employees are nice and patient, even with new guys like me.

I love coming to Underhill's. Every time I bring out of town friends, they are amazed at just how big the store is for a local game shop. There are TONS of board games, and the owner is great at helping you find something new if you're unsure on what to get. Definitely check it out.

This is a great game store! They have a good selection of games for purchase, including BGG's top ten ranked games, a nice game rental library, and lots of gaming tables. The staff is friendly.

Always a pleasure to shop at Underhill games. I was looking for a specific game and they found it for me and ordered it to the store. Did not even charge extra for finding the game. Will be going back soon, I have another game in mind.

It's always fun to go to Underhill's and check out the games they have. They allow you to rent and play games right there in the store as well as bring your own to play. Everyone there is super helpful and very friendly.
