Zoom Express Car Wash

Today I went and got my car washed really enjoyed it and had a pleasant and great experience with their customer service guy name is Vince had very good energy and positive odd made my day better

I've used this location for a long time. They have done a renovation recently and now the name of the business is Zoom Express Carwash. They have added a lot more a vacuum stations. The vacuus themselves are extremely quiet compared to the old units! They also offer a $2 discount on Tuesdays. In addition to that, they also have the option for customers to join a monthly wash club. With this club you choose the level of wash that you would like and you pay a monthly fee. That fee allows you to wash your car as many times as you would like per the level of wash you have chosen within a given month.

Update!!!! New owners, this car wash has been revamped. I received awesome customer service and the monthly unlimited deals are affordable and a good thing for the winter months in Cleveland. My tires are shinning and the auto towel dry gets most of the water off so I didn’t get those awful streaks on the side of my truck! I will be back, convenient location and fast service.

Great car wash good service and quality setup

Boy at the front with the buz cut was very nice. He was respectful and did his job well. As for the manager, let’s just say he has a few screws loose up there. Keep up the good work!!

I stopped by on customer appreciation day and was able to get 50% off a car wash. I haven't been to a car wash of this quality in a long time. I had bug juice that became one with my car. One trip through the ultimate wash got majority of it off to my surprise. The free vacuum is definitely the best in the car wash world. They definitely remind me of Kirby because it got anything and everything. I even had to fight with the stupid thing because it kept sucking up stuff it wasn't supposed to. I wish you guys had a closer location because I'd definitely get the unlimited wash.

I tried to upgrade my $38 subscription to the $46 but the manager said no because he though it wasn't worth it.

This is a pretty great car wash. It’s a pretty long wash, it’s not a little short car wash like a lot of places. The waxes they use on their top of the line wash is really nice and makes your paint look amazing, you’d never think an automated wash would make it look so good but it does. I have a quick pass for the winter time and can go through as often as I like to get salt off. Would recommend this car wash to everyone!

I have a monthly subscription for washes. Their locations are convenient and service is fast and friendly.
Great vacuum stations are available as part of the wash.

It's a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I've been to several car washes with my new pickup truck and this one by far is my favorite. I was thinking about purchasing one of their unlimited car washes but it's $12 more than the other car wash up the street from me

I enjoy this car wash. It's the only automatic wash I've found so far that always gets my wheels clean. You're usually in and out quickly and the people you interact with are always friendly. Love that they have a subscription option now!

Honestly, I would not go to any other carwash but Zoom Express! I can take my time vacuuming my car out, the employees are always friendly and helpful, and my older car seems to drive with more pep afterwards!! The price is also very reasonable. Enjoy the colorful ride through the wash!

Love this place! A guy met me at the podium to pay. Pressed all the buttons, ran my car, and gave me a free air freshener. Most of all they all have amazing attitudes and I am really happy with my car every time! I can't say that about alot of other washes! Thanks to everyone who works there!!!!

This is my favorite car wash to go to, thankfully they are pretty close by. I HATE taking my car through a "touch" car wash but this one is simply the best. It's not too aggressive but still gets the car very clean. I get the ultimate package and it leaves an amazing shine on the car that gets complimented all the time. The staff is very friendly that greats and thanks me every time I come through. Also the drying and finishing section does an excellent job. The tire shine looks great as well

Not bad quality, speed and service

Great car wash. There are vacuums for free and many of them. You can just go there and use only the vacuum, no obligation to wash your car and that is great. In regards to the car wash, there are 2 options: full wash $15 and the cheaper option is $9. Staff is helpful and friendly. I would definitely go there, the service is great and the area is very nice.
