AT&T Store

I had a great and very professional experience with this store. The salesperson, Sheldon, was and is amazing!!! He did such an excellent job with customer service and helping me. I recommend him to anyone who needs service at AT&T. He will do an amazing job!!!

Representatives were very helpful and kind. no hidden charges with receipts given for every credits and transactions.

Christopher H was very helpful and made my upgrading experience pleasant. I didn’t wait too long and was upgraded without any issues. He was very friendly and had great customer service. (:

Outstanding customer service experience with Kevin. He was very patient, knowledgeable, kind and caring. I was happy to see that he was still working at this store. Kevin exemplifies the AT&T core values. Kevin followed up with me the following day to see how i was adjusting to my new phone. That’s going above and beyond for your customers. Kevin deserves to be recognized for his exceptional customer service and leadership skills.

Sheldon was very fast and very friendly. He helped me pay my bill super fast. Always a great experience when he's available.

I usually don't write about the services I received. I've been with AT&T for over 20 years but never received such great service than at the Gallup, NM AT&T store. I wanted to take a minute to let you know what a fantastic job your AT&T employee Chauntaey S. did. She never acted annoyed or too busy to help like previous sales reps from other AT&T store which made want to avoid coming to an AT&T store which is one of the reasons why I've waited so long to upgrade. Whatever you are paying Chauntaey, you should double it. She is doing an AWESOME job and employees like her, I will be upgrading more frequently.

Staff was welcoming. Sheldon was super helpful and nice. His Playlist was on point haha. Overall experience was great.

I always go to the customer service rep Kevin in Gallup. He is very knowledgeable of everything we have questions about for all our devices. He takes his time and never rushes us out. He makes sure all our needs are met. He is an amazing employee. Wishing there were more like him!!!

All sales representatives were CRAZY BUSY including ours,,,,but yet when we sat down,,,felt like we were we only ones there and we were there for a LONG TIME she showed incredible patience and curiosity towards my wife and I

Courtney was fantastic I was seen by another person when I came in .I did not get his name but he was not helpful at all I have been with at&t for 15 years and have 6 phones with them . I am happy with my service Courtney came over and asked if there was anything she could do ? She then started answering all my questions. That's when i decided to add another phone with out Courtney's great customer service. I probably would not have added another line. so thank you courtney for your great service and going that extra mile.

My name is Nelly and I was trying to update my new credit card information on my account for my dads phone for days and finally Violet Eberth help me . I was calling to costumer service too many time and nothing . I went to the store and they told me to go next day and talk to Violet . I’m glad that I did and more happy because she really help me . She was very nice and patient with me . Her customer service was excellent . Thanks Violet !!! You make the difference!!! And my day too !!! We need more people like you .Kudos for you !!! Store was clean, I was seen fast, and handled business. Suggest to get a faster internet service. Overall, good company and customer service.

Since 2013 it was a terrible store.. I was rudely denied for unexplained reasons. I wasn't even allowed a jitter bug. But now the place changed an has newer employees, not exactly saying they're all great. I was approved for the new galaxy S9+ and a discount for being a member of directTV. I would like to say I am very satisfied now and happy with the service I got from a beautiful young lady. 3-15-2018
