Best Western Plus Gallup Inn & Suites

Absolutely amazing stay, the parking lot has ample space and is well lit. The woman at check in was super nice and welcoming. We got to the room it look super clean and plenty of space with a full kitchen. We slept uninterrupted and the bathroom was clean and great water pressure and hot water. We didn't use the exercise room or pool but they looked well maintained and people using them. The breakfast was delicious plenty to choose from and the lobby looked amazing. We will definitely stay here again when passing through.

Last minute booking for a business trip. Brand new hotel with great accommodations. Room was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was great, which saves you both time and money when you’re running late in the morning. Only downside is that it is a bit out of the way, but not a big deal in a small town. All in all, great stay. Will definitely book there again next time I’m in town.

Great Stay. Stayed here Feb 2024* on a long road trip. Conveniently just off the highway. The good reviews are in-line with the experience I had. Clean, nice, quiet, safe… everything worked and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was varied and well stocked. Had dinner across the street at El Rancho, the place was hoppin but got in right way and had a nice dinner. All in all a great stop.

The breakfast was really good. They had green Chile and cheese and tortillas for ur eggs and potatoes. Our kids enjoyed swimming in their indoor swimming pool. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. Rooms were nice and clean comfortable beds. Our stay was great.

Stopped here for the night on the way home to Austin. Nice enough area that I wasn't worried about where I parked. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and it was one of the better free breakfast spreads. A good place to stop for the night.

Love the spacious suite! We were able to fit everyone in the family into one (clean, well-furnished) room. Hooray! Had one of our best nights ever at a hotel, followed by a lovely breakfast. Thank you, and we hope to see you again on another trip. (:

This is a great hotel. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. It's the best I've ever had at a hotel. The attendant was so good. She was very attentive to the food

5-Star Rating for a 3-Star hotel. Everyone performed their jobs properly and efficiently. Had everything we needed in the room. Decent upgrades to help aesthetics. Right off the interstate and Tesla superchargers on site.

Was passing by and the reviews are real. Very very spacious clean rooms, great price very friendly staff. Location is decent, right behind el rancho historic hotel on Route 66. Breakfast was nice and tasted fresh. They have a coffee vending machine for use anytime and there is a close by Albertsons for anything else. Recommended!

Excellent service, clerk was very friendly and nice, room was very large, nice bathroom and good toiletries, good breakfast. The detail of the tall back upholstered chairs in the breakfast area was really cool. I like the artwork, I even took some pictures. Highly recommended!!!

I can only speak to the room. It looked new or newly remodeled. We stayed in the queen suite with kitchen. It was all very nice and the beds were comfortable. Memory foam mattresses. Cleanest hotel we stayed at on our trip to Cali. We were only there for one night so we didn't make use of any other facilities or even take time for breakfast

Judy went above and beyond for our employees while they stayed at this location. She provided world class customer service. I would highly recommend this Best Western.

The receptionist Pamela was the best. We got in late and she was so helpful and friendly. We didn't want to leave here.

We have stayed at this property many times. It is ALWAYS clean . This is our go to hotel when in Gallup. Staff was very nice and hospitable.

I can’t say enough good things about Julia. I ended coming on a crazy busy weekend without a reservation and she moved heaven and earth to accommodate me. Julia is an angel. Give that girl a raise.

The majority of the workers were friendly. Arlene is the star of that hotel. She answered all of my questions.

I had been driving for most of the day. Was getting tired so at one of my stops I got on the app and booked my room. I let them know I would be a late arrival. When I got there the front desk clerk was quick to get me checked in so I could get some sleep. The room was super clean. The bed was very comfy. Will definitely be staying there on my way back home.

I had an amazing experience, even with the fire alarm going off at about 10:30pm. Darnell(oh i hope i got your name right) was an absolute sweetheart! She got us checked in with no problems and made sure i got my rewards points when i couldnt figure out my rewards info. She even printed me a copy of my card in case i needed it later on my trip. My rooms was clean except for one mystery sock. It was a black sock wedged under a dark corner. Very hard to see. Everything else was super clean. I saw NO evidence of bugs. The beds were super comfy. A/c worked great. We had plenty of HOT hot water. Even the iron worked amazing. They are back to serving full breakfast! Totally awesome when you have 3 kids, 2 being hungry teens. Every employee i encountered was incredibly nice and polite. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

EXCELLENT!!!! My family of three shared a queen sized room with two queen beds. Very polite staff. I absolutely love the breakfast because it’s not a grab and go. It’s hot and ready for you from 6-10 a.m. regardless of what time you go down there! Good price, too!! Definitely would recommend staying here!
