There’s something to be said these days for being able to trust the guys that are coming in your home to work, and trusting the quality of their work. That’s why we went with Greg and his team at Unique Plumbing & Drain. Our neighbors even hired them the next weekend after Unique Plumbing was here the week prior. Everyone is happy with their curtesy of using shoe protectors whenever possible to keep dirty shoes off the floor, keeping the work area cleaned up, and most importantly: the quality of their job. Even as simple as when carrying equipment in and out of the house, they staged it all outside on the porch before bringing it inside so they wouldn’t have to keep opening and closing the door over a longer stretch of time. That’s impactful when you have toddlers running around the house to shorten the duration of managing an open door. We had a lot done, floor drains moved and concrete broken up and replaced, new toilet and shower drains installed and set, water lines cut and altered , sink and drain installed, I’m probably even missing things. We’re really happy with it all. (Don’t mind the tools in the photo, that’s us leaving them out, not the plumbers.)

Greg and his team did a wonderful job setting up all the rough-in plumbing and fixtures for a new, small 3/4 finished bathroom we decided to add to our basement. He ensured that the project was completed correctly, too – installing a durable grinder pump system instead of an upflush system. He kept us informed throughout the project, kept everything very clean, and paid very close attention to detail. We are very pleased with the final product and appreciate his team's quality workmanship. We would definitely work with his company again for future projects. Thank you!

Unique recently installed a new hot water tank for us. We can't say enough positive comments about this company Reliable, fair pricing and wonderful customer service. They called us about 30 minutes before arriving, had vast knowledge of the unit we chose and even cleaned up afterwards (loved the shoe booties-very respectful). Greg and Rob did a fantastic job! Unique is now the only plumbing company we will ever use again.....thank you!

Rob came to our home to fix a clogged sink. He was professional and courteous. The man knows his stuff. Drain works so well, I have to remind my kids not to stand too close or they might get sucked down the drain.

John did a great job start to finish. His estimate stood out to me because he took the time to explain the full issue, what he would do, he also took the time to look at other problem areas around the areas I addressed and gave me options to save me from issues in the near future. He was able to add on same day services to save me from having to make another appointment that would cost me even more. Very professional and respectful.

Another thing that stood out to me about this business is they called me when their technician was on their way and called with any delays they were experiencing. That is above and beyond in my book! Nothing worse than adjusting your day to make an appointment work then not hearing from a business or having a couple hour delay that you were not made aware of.

I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs and recommend to others! Thank you all!

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about Unique Plumbing they were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. We were super impressed with the employee that came out to do the repair. We had a broke pipe under our home that’s only accessible by crawl space. He went under without hesitation and saved the day!!! We will use them for any/all plumbing needs we have in the future and we highly recommend them for any plumbing repair!
