Meijer Pharmacy

The pharmacists are helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and even know my name. Sometimes, the “Good RX” program ends up costing us less than using my insurance, and they automatically give us whatever is less expensive. They have even helped me in a pinch for meds when their shipment was delayed. Couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy!

Stephanie the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me transfer all my RXs and order my medication from there warehouse that was out of stock everywhere else. I depend on this medication to live day by day so she basically saved my life. She’s kind and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. She returned my phone calls when she said she would and I just really want her to know how much I appreciate her helping me. I already shop at meijer all the time and now I’m happy to be a new customer in the pharmacy also.

Pharmacist Stephanie was soooo helpful and offered to call my daughter’s doctors office to ask about a missing prescription order. It ended up being a miscommunication with myself and the ER who ordered the medication, as it ended up being an over the counter medication. I was in the drivethru with my sick young daughter, so she went and grabbed it the meds. I called to ask add’l questions and she was extra helpful and sweet and truly made me feel at ease about my young daughter taking these medications and how it will help her/we’ll see improvement soon. Thank you so much, Stephanie!!!

Very nice and super helpful pharmacist! After calling 7 different pharmacies to find one that could fill a prescription for pet insulin, not only were they able to help, their price was extremely reasonable.

Ryan at the pharmacy made transferring a prescription fast and easy. If everyone over there is like Ryan, it might be the best pharmacy in the world. I hope Ryan gets the recognition he deserves in the form of a significant increase in wages, because that's how you show an employee that you appreciate their excellent work. No, Ryan did not pay me to write this, I'm just happy with the ease of transferring to Meijer's pharmacy from a significantly more expensive one. Thanks to Ryan, I was able to do transfer my prescription over the phone in under 5 minutes. Just hit 0 when you call if you're a new customer. That way you dont have to listen to the robot go on about COVID for 19 hours before you talk to someone. Unless you're calling about something COVID related. In that case, the robot will be your new best friend.

Amazing pharmacy and staff. I was helped by pharmacist Eric at the Brimfield location, and he left such an impression on me that I am actually writing a review on google. He went well and truly out of his way to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable with my entire vaccination experience. 10/10 great service and knowledgable staff.

5 stars isn't enough for this place. If I can give 10 out of 5, I would. When I had hemorrhoids, the staff asked questions to be able to give me the correct product. Intelligent and kind staff. Will be going back to them if/when I have hemorrhoids again!

Pharmacy told me they had medication. Then next day they didn’t.They still charged my insurance company for it.Which means if I would have found it somewhere else I wouldn’t be able to fill it because according to insurance it was already filled. Called pharmacy they reversed charge. Make you check your insurance claims when dealing with out of stock orders here and you try to get them filled. They still charge you for it in case it comes even if it doesn’t.Then don’t call you about it.
