AT&T Store

My wife and I stopped by the Brimfield store as she was needing
To upgrade her telephone. We were greeted upon entering by a young gentleman named Ethan. The store is well kept and the displays were simple and accessible. We told him what she needed and he took it from there. We not only got her a new phone, but a case and charger as well. We were completely finished within 35 minutes( transfer time for the two phones. I recommend this store.

My husband and I had a great experience here. It was a late Saturday afternoon when we stopped in. When we entered the store, there was one customer being waiting on ahead of us. Aaron acknowledged and greeted us upon entry and we were able to browse the store while he finished assisting the customers ahead of us. The store was orderly and clean and Aaron was pleasant and helpful. He was efficient and able to assist with our store pick-up efficiently. We did not have to wait very long from the time of entry to departure. Based on our particular visit we are giving a 5 star rating.

Great experience with getting my new iPhone 14 fast informative Aaron assisted me perfectly well. He knows his stuff and the store layout looks fresh and new.

Got a brand new I phone 13 at this location, MJ was the employee on site. She was very helpful and got me in and out within an hour all while multitasking and helping two other customers. My 7 year old daughter was with me and she gave her pencils and a coloring book to keep her occupied. Overall a great experience and customer service a 5 star rating for MJ. Definitely Recommend coming to this location!

We have been coming to this same store since we first got our cell phones in the late nineties. While the people have changed, the great service has been a constant over the years. Our visit yesterday was no exception. Maria was very helpful and patient with my wife and i as we upgraded both our phones. Kudos to Maria!!

This place is the real deal. I’ve been to a lot of cell phone places in the past and never got the kind of service I received here. The manager made sure I was completely taken care of and went above and beyond to provide stellar customer service, even when there was no sale involved. Honestly this is the only att store I can see myself going to from now on.

I want to think Colon H. and Maria S. for being sooo amazing, my son had gotten a phone and service from another store and had nothing but problems they totally took advantage of him and charged him way over what he was told after only having the phone 2 weeks and 7 trips to the other store, multiple calls to customer service, some one suggested that he go to another store and see if they could help him, we came in and explained everything to Maria and Colon and they went above and beyond to help him get this issue resolved and it only took about an hour not 7 different trips in I would definitely recommend if looking for phone or service plan stop in and talk to either one of them you will not be disappointed they both are very knowledgeable and there customer service is excellent they made my son feel like his issue was a priority and not just a customer complaining so thank you both for being so understanding and helpful

Came in to upgrade my phone for the first time in a while and had no idea what I was looking for. Eugene took time to explain the differences in features and payment differences to allow me to make a solid decision. Additionally he looked into finding me a better internet option. After not being able to find anything for me in the store, he called me a few days later and told me about a deal they found to save me money on internet and increase my speed. I really couldn’t believe he followed up after a few day later. Above and beyond is an understatement.

Fantastic service at this AT&T store .Both the Assistant Manger Eugene and the Manager Jason were super helpful they went above and beyond to get us set up with phones ,tablet and plans ! I will Always deal with them as a AT&T customer.

Went the Brimfield location as I am a loyal customer of this location since they opened. I always Delt with Jason and recently Mike who are great folks. Today I met someone new from the streetsboro store named Brittany. She was very pleasant and helped my husband and I purchase our new Samsung Galaxy S10. She answered all questions knowledgeably and offered other services. I felt our visit was smooth and satisfying. Just wanted to give this store and employees kudos. Highly recommend anyone shopping for phones to stop in. Kudos for AT&T for keeping up with staffing to quickly get customers attended to in a timely manner. I also noticed 2 other staff members (dont have names) that helped some older customers that expressed frustration with the new technology and had little patience. They did such good customer service on explaining how they are going to take care of them. I am sure they walked out of the store happy. Even when one old man was gripping about things loudly they handled the situation perfectly and no one made any awkward facial expressions. Most people would have said a snarky remarked or give a look such as "pish, old folks" but nope they respectfully handled the generation gap of patience and technology well. Good work and high five!

I have been coming to the store in Brimfield for over two years now and there has NEVER been a bad experience, until I met Nick Miller. There has NEVER been a mediocre experience, until Imet Nick Miller. The staff at this store is OUTSTANDING, except for Nick Miller. My mom and I just met Nick, the District Manager, and he is a pathological LIAR. He sold me an Apple watch, for my grandmother, because it has "fall detection". He said I didn't need a phone. He lied. Now I have an Apple watch that needs to be charged every 8 hours, even though it DOES NOTHING. NO phone calls. NO apps. NOTHING. Inow have an IPhone that I'm paying on which also DOES NOTHING. Nick has refused to talk to me, and I was unable to return the USELESS items. Jason, Kaysha and Damondre are just the best, though, with pleasant attitudes and ready smiles. They ALL are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, as well as, any technical fixes, too (EXCEPTNick). My experiences with the corporate stores, in Cuyahoga Falls and Fairlawn, are by contrast, TERRIBLE.

Calvin is a great person to work with. He is so helpfull and understanding of the customers needs and wants. I'm glad i was able to work with him and i will recommend people to him in the future.

The staff at the Brimfield AT&T store were very helpful and courteous. They answered all of our questions and helped us with setting up a new phone line and upgrading another. Jason and him Damondre even stayed after hours to finish the job. We appreciate their help!

My fiancé and I had the most amazing experience at this store! We were taken care of by Calvin and Kaysha ! They provided us with the best customer service. Amazing attitude, incredibly knowledgeabl/helpful, and just some of the most friendly people we’ve met in a while. It’s such a pleasant experience to be taken care of by people who enjoy their job, and you can tell that they love what they do! Calvin and Kaysha, thank you so much again for everything!
