Sam did a great job helping us today. We had multiple questions for her today and she helped us readily. She was professional and understanding. Sam is knowledgeable about your services, too. I would highly recommend her if you need a phone or have questions.

I just upgraded to a new device and had the privilege to meet Sam. She did a fantastic job of getting what me and my mom needed. She was straight to the point but showed significant knowledge of various plans and pricing to get us the most affordable option. She is very kind and knowledgeable.

Went in to check on upgrade options and Sam was tremendous! She helped us out quickly and saved us some money doing so. She also gave us some valuable information to help us with adding a small business account for my wife and her business. Thank you!

Kelsey was awesome with understanding my new phone issues. She corrected the problems by doing a factory default and using my old phone to download all my important apps and web links. She explained how to perform certain functions and familiarize myself with some new functions on this S24 Ultra model. She was pleasure to work with and I will use her technical expertise in the future.

Kelsey is the best Verizon rep I've ever encountered since I became a Verizon customer in 2000. She assisted in get my data from my old phone to my new one without a problem and answered all my questions that ensured I had the everything working properly before I left the store. She provided service with a smile and is truly customer oriented. I hope she continues managing that location when I need to upgrade in a few years.

The store is great! I’ve been to this store several times and have always had a great experience. First time was with Eric and now Kelsey. They both have been amazing and very knowledgeable! I’ve been to a lot of Verizon stores and this is by far the best!

I was so nervous about feeling dumb when I walked through door. When Sam said “hello , have a seat. “, I was immediately calm and reassured. She was patient , and made me feel at ease. I understood everything. It was an easy, informative, and really good experience.

This Verizon center is awesome. Alexis was fantastic in helping me all of my families needs with a new phone. She made sure that I was able to get my preteen son his first smart phone, with features like Google Family Link & Life 360, with features to keep him safe & me informed (and ask me for permission before he does anything). She really went above & beyond to put my mind at ease. Today 7/31/22, they are holding a school booking give away for students. They even have a chance for college students to get a scholarship.

The staff was so friendly and were so patient as I worked to get my transfer pin and account information from my previous provider. They made transferring to Verizon so easy!
