4 out of my 6 appointments had at least 20-30 minutes delay and they never value their patients time

At the appointed time for a Covid-19 booster vaccine, this center was closed. There were about 15 people showing up this morning (11/27), all with appointments. Unbelievable. Poor planning or incompetence?

Wow! I would give this place negative stars if I could. In my 37 years with severe depression I have never dealt with such an unequipped and uneducated group of people. It's unfortunate that this is the best medi-cal can provide but circumstances being as they are this is where I landed. Dr. Ross or so I assume she's a doctor was the nastiest, most unprofessional, unempathetic, uncaring, sleaziest character I have had the displeasure of meeting. There is not enough un's in the world to describe this woman. The fact she has control over people's mental health is extremely terrifying to me and if I was not an educated individual going to school for medicine I would have possibly thought there was something I did wrong. The medical board will be contacted. She should not be handling such a delicate issue. Mental health is a serious matter and I can not imagine anything good coming from her. Please watch yourselves if you have no option like me and get stuck here. I go to the other part of neighborhood healthcare for pediatrics and general doctors with no issues but they need to start all over with their mental health facility. What foul people. The manager tried to repair the damage but it was so severe there was no salvaging any faith in this place.
