I just want to give a shoutout to this place and the wonderful people that work there. Aaron worked so hard to make sure everything was good and crystal clear, Gary is great and very friendly he also worked very hard to make sure they were able to get me into a newer vehicle. Everyone here was amazing and they made sure we felt comfortable and welcome. And they got me into a beautiful car with low miles and I have never been happier. The entire team is great! If you’re looking for a car go there! They will work with you! I am so thankful that I went there, best experience at a dealership I have ever had.

Just got a BEAUTIFUL 18 escape at a great price had no credit but that was no problem for Matt,Aaron and the sales team they will truly get any deal done for you. Great people Even better deals.

I had a wonderful experience buying my new car. I ordered and car through Spitzer and my sales person, Daryl, was a great help throughout the entire process. My car had an issue in transport to the dealer and the dealership made it right by letting me have a rental until my car was returned and gave me some other compensation. Daryl kept me informed throughout the entire process as well. Daryl is a very friendly sales person and I felt very comfortable.

Went in looking for information on the mavericks and Darryl was extremely informative and helpful. Helped us through the entire process from start to finish keeping me updated every step of the way. We have been looking to upgrade our car for the last few months. When we found our car online at Spitzers, we emailed them right away. From Mikaela to the managers, we were scheduled and welcomed within hours. Darryl took care of us and went above and beyond. He explained what makes Spitzer different (better) than other dealerships, answered all of questions about the car and made it very easy for us to trust him and the team.

The people at Spitzer in Cuyahoga Falls were amazing! They never pressured me into just anything and they took their time to find the right car at the right price for my situation. I have bad credit and they worked to get me approved. I was denied at another dealership and came here. I am glad I did. Great buying experience! Devon Stahl did a fantastic job of working with us as we compared options, changed our mind a few times and peppered him with a whole lot of questions. He was knowledgeable about the available cars, features and financial options. Very professional AND he even helped me set up both the car with my phone and the Ford app on my phone 😁.

This was my first car buying experience… and with all the stories I had from friends and family, I walked in here full of anxiety and stress just because it could have gone so many ways. But Andrew made this process easy and super reasonable. I 10/10 would recommend Andrew. Everyone here is so nice, understanding and personable. I walked into Al Spitzer Ford exhausted from looking at cars all day and had the good fortune to be introduced to Bryan Allen. He was friendly, helpful, relaxed (which helped me relax) and didn’t apply any pressure. He was simply helpful. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted on the lot but did find it in PA. Getting it brought in from there required a non refundable deposit and commitment to buy. No pressure was put on me to do so but ultimately I did agree. The next business day, Bryan called me and he was the one who drove to go get my vehicle. He checked in with me during the trip and got the information for me that I’d asked him to. The next day (today) I went in and made the purchase. He was again very friendly and helpful. The whole team there made it easy on me and the process went quickly and painlessly (and I hate car shopping so it’s a big deal for me to say that). Bryan spent quite a while with me helping me figure out how everything worked. I wasn’t rushed off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership and Bryan Allen in particular. Thanks Bryan!!

Rusty is an exceptional salesman, let me test drive multiple cars, let me push every single button inside, and was able to get me the best price for my new ford escape. This dealership is very nice and isn’t huge and chaotic like others I’ve visited. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new car. Ask for Rusty!

I am a first time car buyer and was not sure how it would go, but I was supported by the whole staff with a friendly face who wanted to accommodate every step of the way. Special thanks to Rusty for helping me get the perfect car! It was an electric vehicle at that, so having a friendly dealership to talk through what is needed for transitioning was helpful. Not all car salesmen know EVs very well, but Rusty and Al Spitzer’s staff were able to help with making the transition as smooth as possible.

Rusty was amazing! I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, except I was between two colors. He took my information and we went for a test drive. When we got back, I told him I was interested as long as all the numbers worked out. He came back and everything worked out as planned. The process was quick and painless! I have been turned down at other dealerships so I walked in with zero expectations but still nervous that I would be turned away here as well. When the new 2023 Mavericks came up for ordering, Clayton Russell helped us place the order quickly and advised us on what features would make the order get through without adding extra manufacturing time. He also helped us get through the purchase process really efficiently on the day our truck arrived as we were in a bit of a time crunch that morning! Only been about a week, but loving the new truck - Thanks Clayton!

From start to finish the service was impressive. I got The Works package (oil change, tire rotation) and waited in store for the servicing to be done. They did it all in the Quicklane within an hour and provided 100% transparency on other services they recommend for preventative maintenance. The video review was something I’ve never seen but highly recommend every dealership to do. Caesar performed excellent maintenance on my vehicle and Scott had outstanding customer service. I set Al Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls as my favorite station before leaving the dealership.

Salesman Gary Zdesar was so helpful. I didn’t know what vehicle would suit me best when I showed up at the dealership and Gary talked me through all the options and answered all my questions. I love my Ford Mustang Mach E. Going from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle has been easier than I thought.
