Furniture Depot

A nice family owned furniture store. Much bigger than it looks on the outside with a nice selection of quality furniture and all of the tables, lamps, art etc to go with it. We bought framed art and would also have bought a couch today had we a place to keep it while remodeling. We will definitely be back.

I have lived near this store for years and have driven by thousands of times. From the outside I thought it looked too small to house furniture so I never went. Well, that old saying goes “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”! This furniture store used to be a train museum!! It’s very cool and huge inside! Their is a whole warehouse off of the main store. From the outside you see a long brown storage unit but from the inside stands beautiful tables, chairs, sofas, beds, accessories for rooms, amazing! Check it out!

We bought a sofa and a swivel chair from Furniture Depot and the customer service and the furniture are great! We have a house full of teenagers who are hard on the furniture - talking with the sales person was a huge help. They recommended a firmer cushion on the couch we chose to help with wear and tear. They also helped us pick a fabric that is dog friendly. We’ve had the couch for a few months now and already our dog has gotten it dirty - BUT the fabric cleaned up very easily just as promised and it looks perfect. I highly recommend the Furniture Depot!! Great quality, great customer service!

So me and the wife have been looking for a mattress. We went to a couple chain stores and they were all pushy. So we have driven by the furniture depot alot and today we stopped in. The sales man was a good dude. But the hero was Cliff. He came over I told him about my back how my l5 s1 disc was out and he was like check this out. It was a recliner that had an amazing lumbar support. But we needed a bed and the adjustable frame. He said let me see something he comes back with a price that couldn't be beat along with free delivery and setup. He has earned a customer for life as he is a straight up honest guy. If your in need of furniture give this place a try. Go in see cliff and you'll walk oit a happy customer.

Looking to buy a recliner for my mom , treated to a great experience, great people, ended up with a fantastic deal. Glad we stopped in!

We shopped locally around Cleveland for living room furniture and found a set we loved. It was over $6k, so we decided to see if we could find it cheaper elsewhere. I stumbled upon Furniture Depot online and they were way lower! Because they weren't too far away, we went ahead and purchased. We received very friendly and timely emails from Tiffany about our purchase and delivery. They called us 20 minutes prior to delivery and the delivery men were very courteous and friendly. I can't say enough about this store. We will definitely be shopping there again!

We bought couch and chair to match and had them specially coverd and nails on the front. One recliner and one lift chair. We are so happy with them.
The owner was so helpful and Joe the salesman was so awesome to work with and so knowledgeable and fun to work with.
No pressure at all. He let us decide everything , and at the same time, he could tell you everything you needed to know.
We feel like they are part of our family. Even the sweet one working in the front office. She
Is so precious and knowledgeable also.
I compared prices at other stores. None came close to their prices.
We like England furniture, which we feel is the best.
You need to shop there. They cannot be best.

Quality of Service and Furniture are both excellent. We were absolutely thrilled with the choices. Got a Great chair for a surgery coming up. It is was the perfect color and the perfect fit. The Good Folks there are wonderful.

Real friendly people. Let’s you shop without someone leaning over your shoulder. I went to get a recliner and found the one I wanted, and it was in stock. They delivered it to my house 3 hours later. Will definitely go back .

We purchased a living room set and two dining tables. Cliff was so amazing to work with. He was very patient and took his time with us. The staff are all so kind and easy to work with. We never felt pressured which was a nice change from all the other places we looked.

I live literally right down the road from this store and never really thought about shopping there until a really bad experience at Levins. On the way home my wife said we should stop in and boy am I glad we did. We purchased almost the same furniture here and saved almost 2 grand! Friendly helpful staff and a great price. Fantastic experience! We will definitely be back.

Recently got a great living room set at a great price. I also have a great recliner I got years ago from them. The included warranty is excellent as were the delivery people who took our old set to the curb and brought in the new one quickly. Everyone is very friendly.

I made a early morning visit I spoke with a salesperson along with the business regarding a lift chair. We picked out a model that I was interested in. I left the store and then I reviewed similar chairs from other businesses. I received the best price from furniture depot and within 2 days they will deliver the chair set it up and remove my original my original. I received a very fine discount of which I appreciate

... I passed this store several times. Finally I stopped in; looked around; and found a great T.V. Console for a perfect price. Free delivery also. If anyone needs furniture; "great" quality at a descent (or cheaper) price; The Furniture Depot is the place for you. Really !!!

Went to help some friends get furniture for their new place and Furniture Depot was right down the road. The first day we stopped by, Cliff (who is well-versed in furniture) gave us some great insight on what's quality and what's not. Man do I wish I stumbled across him the last time I needed furniture! So after work the next day we headed back and Joe was the man with the plan! He made all the right moves, got my friends a killer deal, and delivered ON THE SAME DAY! You guys are doing it right! Oh, and I'll still be back for my clock.

This shop is a great find. Store looks small but it really is gigantic. Found and bought several pieces of furniture. We have been there twice! Jason was our sales person and he was excellent!! We also met the owner fantastic guy. We will be back!!

Although my wife and I did not choose to buy from here, due to finding exactly what I was looking for elsewhere. I will say that I was blown away by the selection that was here. Staff was friendly and there qas was little to no pressure. I would say that it is well worth your time to consider shopping with Furniture Depot. You will immidiately be surprised by the size of their store. Very deceiving from the street!
