Absolutely fantastic service! I'm a new bike owner and Richard was so helpful with teaching me the ins and outs of taking care of my bike and guiding me along the way! Spectacular active duty and veterans discount! He fixed things with my bike I would have no idea were issues

I brought my bike to The Annex, Bike Newport for service with Richard Starry and Alexis aka Stilt. They were so knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I would wholeheartedly recommended this place on Broadway for “all your biking needs”, and its a non-profit!!

This is an awesome organization! I met up with some employees of this organization at pride Newport. They had a booth there and I inquired about good bike repair shops in the Newport area

They shared that bike Newport has its own repair shop called the annex
I contacted Richard S. Who was wonderful and told me to come in any weekday from 9 to 5 and 9 to 3 on Fridays

I did and Richard was just so helpful knowledgeable and delightful to work with

He did a great tuneup of my bike and was very reasonably priced

I highly recommend this business and their excellent services to our community

I took my 11-year-old son to the garage for help repairing his bike. Marissa and Ric were fantastic. They took time to explain everything to him and had the patience to let him do as much of the work as he was able. When he and I reached the limit of our abilities, they provided hands-on help to get his bike tuned perfectly. I could tell the staff enjoy working with kids.

My son talked about the experience all night and is excited to go back. What a great community resource.

Merrill was so kind and fantastic in assisting us to pump up our double stroller’s deflated tires on our trip. So willing to help and contribute his time - went above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

I highly recommend this place. I asked them over the phone If they do work on electric assist tricycles they said yes. So I brought it in and told them my budget told them what issues I was having with it they said ok we will give you a call Friday within 24 hours my bike was done and I’ve tested it out and it runs like new. The customer service is great they are very personable and care about the their customers and their work they do a great job!

I almost never write reviews but thought everyone should know how responsive Rich the Service Manager was at this location. I needed to replace the bearings on my front hub. Rich took one look at it and said it would be no problem. 2 hours later he texted letting me know the job was done. Very impressive, Great job!

I brought my tired commuter into Rick at bike Newport. Was a straight forward process. Quick, affordable, and personable. My bike rides better than I could imagine.

I am more than grateful for the help I received putting my child's bike together. The team was extremely helpful, insightful, kind, and informative, in every step of the way! They made sure to communicate throughout the entire process, as to which parts needed which adjustments, and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. I am very lucky I had them to turn to in my time of need. I can't recommend anyone else that deserves your business as much as they do! Also, the fact that they help anyone in need, regardless of bike repair, providing a bike or helmet, and having an open and informative workshop, goes beyond measures of kindness/generosity! I highly recommend Bike Newport! Nick and his team were so great - we were not the easiest customers, and they went way out of their way to make our experience safe and successful during a very busy weekend in Newport. Definitely recommend renting bikes from here!

I took my trusty old bike to The ANNEX of Bike Newport for annual maintenance after missing a couple years during COVID. Richard is a master bike tech who skillfully saw to every need; and such a pleasure to work with.

I've been coming to Newport for 30 summers. Rick is the best bicycle repair person I've ever met. A great guy too.
