We have had several different plumbers out to fix different problems over the last 3 years, and I've never been completely satisfied. Today, I called Mike Carroll Plumbing out to fix a very clogged drain in our secondary upstairs bathroom. The tech (Soulath) was very honest, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I rarely feel. The need to post a review, but I was so relieved to finally find a truly great plumber I just had to share!

Plumbing Tech. Soulath, of Mike Carroll Plumbing, spent 6+ hours repairing the drain for the kitchen side of our home. His work, finished product, and friendliness were the FINEST that I have ever experienced in my 81 years. His expertise and manner were more than we expected. We strongly endorse this man and his Mike Carroll Plumbing for all of your emergency plumbing repair needs!!

Of course a leak in the wall happens late on a Friday afternoon. Luckily Mike had a guy available in my area to stop by. He was able to take care of us so that we have water for the weekend and can be completely back up and fixed by Monday. This is the second time they have saved us. I highly recommend Mike and his guys! (Thanks John!)

Called on a Monday morning to see about having the flange repaired on our toilet. Mike Carroll answered, was very friendly and respectful, and had someone out that afternoon. Juvat was our plumber and he was just as friendly and respectful. He showed me everything that was wrong, suggested some repairs and was honest in telling me other parts did not need replacing. He treated me with respect, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after he was finished. I am incredibly pleased with the entire experience! I would highly recommend this company and if plumbing is needed in our home again, they’ll be the first people I call.

Mike from Carroll Plumbing was absolutely incredible! He was honest, punctual, knowledgeable, professional and also very friendly and warm. He personally called and reached out to me to talk to me about the specifics of the project I wanted to get done. He explained everything to me thoroughly and helped me finish my project promptly.

Working with Carroll Plumbing was the one bright spot during our kitchen remodel! They were always accommodating to our schedule, punctual, and super friendly. The absolute best!!! I called three companies for a broken copper pipe outside that T's into my house and onto a hose bib. The hose bib side is the side that broke. One company didn't answer. Another company was able to come out right away, but was far above our price point. Mike said he was booked solid, but send him some pictures and he'll take a look. After viewing the pictures, he called back saying that it would be an easy fix and he could squeeze me in. The price he quoted me was about half of what the other company quoted me. He arrived within an hour. He was quick and courteous. He even let my two teenage boys watch him do the repair while explaining what he was doing, which they enjoyed immensely. When we find someone we can trust we stick with them. We will be sticking with Carroll Plumbing and recommending them to others! Thank you Mike!!!

Mike and his team are seasoned pros.  Our twenty five year old house needed new hose bibs, pressure regulator, water heater, bathroom tub drains and fixtures.  All work was completed quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost.  Mike was quick to respond to a slab water leak and rerouted the hot water line through the second story.  Mike very clearly explains your options and patiently answers your questions.  My positive interactions and satisfaction with their work is the reason for the review.  I prefer to deal with local small businesses whenever possible and feel comfortable wholeheartedly recommending Mike Carrol Plumbing.

Mike and Team are a cut above the rest. I had an emergency plumbing situation in one of my bathrooms on a late Friday afternoon and after calling almost all other plumbing companies in my area (Escondido, CA), Mike Carroll Plumbing made it a priority to call his last plumbing technician that had just clocked out for the weekend to take care of my emergency situation. As I could hear them talking on the phone, the plumbing technician said no problem, he showed up to my house within 30 minutes from the initial call and fixed the problem. Mike Carroll of Carroll Plumbing called me back after I called the company to see if they had any appointments. He talked me through some questions I had over the phone, and was courteous and helpful in advising me about angle stops and hosing. He didn't rush the call and was responsive to give answers that I could understand. I plan on having Carroll Plumbing help with my future plumbing needs.

Mike has been my plumber for years and has always been courtiers, on-time and very reasonable prices. Mike has been doing my annual back flow tests for years now.

I live in a manufactured home, and everything is just off from standard sizes and fittings. John made sure he did not leave until all of my plumbing problems were solved. It was not an easy job, but he did it. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them again.
