We had service done today and Ethan was our technician he was really nice and very helpful. Sean the owner along with Toni and Bridget were all so helpful and kind they are a pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend them enough!

They installed a shower for us recently. They were congenial when we were delivered the wrong shower and had to reschedule. The work was done well.

Excellent responsiveness and service .Very professional. Ethan was quick, clean, and fixed the issue right away. Nice to find a company that actually calls you back (and same day). Called this morning and the non-emergency issue was fixed this afternoon at a very fair and reasonable price. Highly recommend this company to anyone and will be using them from here on out.

I had leaking main water line in basement. My regular plumber had no availability. Called Tom Peter's Plumbing 6/21/23 @ 12:30 pm received call from Sean at 1:35pm that day Ethan arrived at 2pm and service was complete by 3:45. I couldn't be happier with the prompt response and service. Especially since I was not an active customer.

I had installed some replacement thermostats and had trouble getting the heat to come on . In mid-October you start to see the need for heating at night so I called my plumber, Tom Peters Plumbing. In speaking with Tom, he was reluctant to send one of his plumbers because the exact problem was unknown so Tom arranged to come himself one morning. It took some time to figure out the problem for my high efficiency heat/hot water system. Tom found the problem and doubled checked the system with one of his heating suppliers to make sure the setting were correct. Problem solved by a Pro!

It’s comforting to know that there is a plumbing company who cares about their clients and makes sure the job is done right. I like to recommend good companies to others so they can enjoy the good experience I encountered.

Called at 9 am and had Tom's plumber at my house by 2 pm the same day. I've never had ANY home service this timely. Diagnosed problem and immediately went to work. Quality of work was outstanding. Tom Peters Plumbing and Heating has my highest recommendation.

We had an urgent problem with one of our cast iron radiators. Contacted Tom Peters, who almost immediately despatched Sean. The problem was fixed in no time. We also decided to replace one of our toilets. Sean arrived on time and quickly and efficiently replaced the toilet. My wife and I cannot praise Tom Peters and his master technicians enough. Since this is our second residence good to know that Tom Peters Plumbing is always ready to help, even at short notice.

Joe and Ethan arrived right on time. Very fast, efficient, polite and professional. Answered all my questions and replaced my water heater without any issues. I have used Tom Peters before and was always very impressed. I will highly recommend them to all my friends.

Timely, professional service, very reasonably priced

Tom Peters is truly one of the best plumbers around. He saved us when we installed a new boiler from the largest plumbing company in the state. That company had to return multiple times to fix thier own installation and recently we called them to come back as boiler was not working and they never got back to us. We contacted Tom and his team and they responded quickly and cleaned up this other companies work and got us up and running ! He came out on a Sun ( on a Pats Sunday no less) and fixed it properly. Lets just say the other company was NO gem. Tom will have our full time business for a long time. Thank you again Tom Peters !!!

New to the area and had a toilet that was leaking. Called Tom Peters Plumbing and set up an appointment. The plumber came out right as scheduled, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and left the bathroom looking good as new. Even better, the cost was extremely reasonable. Will definitely turn to Tom Peters Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Great service. Had a problem on Thursday and Tom Sent Bruce over first thing on Friday morning. Both Tom and Bruce assured me that they could get the broken toilet replaced. To them it was not a big deal, but to me it was.
There was a slight problem, but again Bruce assured that he could get everything done.
I would not have any problems recommending Tom Peters Plumbing to anyone

They responded quickly to remove a relay from a Delta 'touch' faucet that stopped working. I had called in the morning and they were there in the early PM.
