Amazing service, swift on delivery and very good communicators. My order was delivered in less than half the time I had anticipated, it was a surprise for my wife and she insisted that I publicly declare our love for the Gallup branch. I live in a different state, but because of their efficiency, l am placing my orders with this store. Keep up the good work, great team indeed.

My wife and I were told that we were the first to purchase a 'Purple' mattress yesterday. The mattress has been ordered and we're so excited for the mattress to arrive. My wife and I have been in the market for a good, quality mattress for quite some time. We've tried them all, Sealy, Serta, you name it. If you're in the market for a good mattress or even a good quality piece of furniture, ask for 'Ashleigh.' Yes, that's right! Her name is also Ashleigh. She's smart and is extremely friendly and helpful. We're definitely keeping Ashley Furniture in mind every time we're looking to add something to the home.

If your looking for friendly and helpful service! look no further, you've found it. The sales people greeted me as soon as I walked in, and answered all my questions. The furniture is so beautiful, and i love the show room set up. It really helped me make the perfect selection for my
home and family. One more thing I will say, is you will not feel pressured into buying anything. No commission breath sales people there stalking you through the store. I sure will go back to purchase more furniture.

Ashley homestore is my go to furniture store in Gallup. After being denied credit at several different furniture store they were able to get me approved. I found a sectional I absolutely loved and I was able to take it home with me the same day. They are very professional and the experience I had was great from start to finish. I would recommend anyone to give this store a try first before going anywhere else.

I went there twice to purchase a dinner table. I was never greeted or helped.

Their employee Corey, has cost Ashley any future business and telling me that furnither is sold "as is" after I reported it was missing hardware to assemble. Corey would not even have the table assembled before I picked it up. Always an issue dealing with them. Corey will not take messages and is a real jerk. Bad place to deal with even after buying a house full of furniture. Avoid, especially the asshat Corey.

Love their furniture but they need to work on getting their furnitures to their customers sooner. I order a sofa and a dinning set the first week of March and I’m still waiting on it! 😡😡😡 And can I mention that I paid for both furniture in full prices.
